Agreed, but they won't. :) We've got a couple of generations who were born with "all knowing knowledge" because they really do (not all of course) think they know EVERYTHING! :) And seriously... who doesn't watch FREE training when they're trying to learn something?!

If these fraudsters realized they could take that same effort and create a legitimate business instead of trying steal from others... smh First they mess with homeowners through squatters (a military woman "lost" her home to one in GA recently) now they're messing with money lenders who are trying help change people's lives. When people don't know there's a hell, they will do anything! Looking forward to the upload with the Attorney Generals! Thanks for all that you and your teams are doing. It really is God's work! So I have been trying to get into the Gator method program I do have my LLC now under lending The issue that I'm having is trying to get up to $5,000 I've tried pulling out loans and getting funding with my business they're saying it's too new I'm not sure where to go I've tried being as creative as I can with this I just don't know where else to go could you help me with trying to figure this out please I need to pick your brain and maybe come up with some other strategies something that maybe I'm not thinking of

Hi Pace Morby and community, I’m trying to pitch subject-to to a real estate agent and she’s asking me my company’s name. I’m just trying to wholesale and don’t actually own any sub-to deals yet. What should I say to that?
I'm not sure about what to say to agents, but with sellers I tell them I'm a small mom and pop that buys 2-3 houses a month. They usually say ok, then I continue on with the conversation. Not sure if this helps
