None of these tutorials make sense if your screen is broken that means you can’t use the screen to access settings

DR FONE ONLY GOOD FOR ANDRIOD 8 and OLDER VERSIONS ....Tried Dr Fone what maybe 14 times....your software does not recover lost data from newer phones. Not even one file or photo. After my own lack of success with Dr Fone, finally, after contacting Dr Fone customer service, customer service stated that Dr Fona is not designed to recover data from Android version 9, 10, 11 or newer. Only good for Android 8 and older versions. Since it is 2021, I think its time for Dr Fone to upgrade your software service

Does it need the OEM switch turned on too? Because that slider goes to anorher field with a 'whipe all data-factory reset', and if you leave this 2nd page, the slider goes 'off' again!!

this is purposefully misleading lol. all it does is scan already existing and accessible files on a device and compiles them all into 1 place. it doesn't "recover" anything. being able to recover data after a factory reset would be a major security breach for any device. this shit is sad.

apparently, u have to root ur phone in order to use that "recovery privilege"...and if u do that u may risk "bricking" ur phone...so if u ask me i'd say u should try a safer way, just like i'm about to.

@@ITTGIrL2.1 Sad to tell you I gave up on this. Due to the nature data is encoded on newer phones operating systems there is much less that can be recover than on a computer. Even if you root and do use these tools. (unless you're just interested in phone contacts and very small files like picture previews)

This is a rip off. I tried to recover a portion of a deleted Note from the app that I lost copying and pasting to an email. After spending $9.99 or something around that, your app DID NOT RECOVER anything except a PDF file I deleted earlier in the day. NOTHING showed up for the deleted Note portion and it said it was finished looking. Don't make people give you money and not perform the task! 🤬😈😡

Reread what I wrote. Recover data FROM THE DEVICE, not from google drive, not from a backup, not from an SD card, not connecting to the computer using a USB cable. The only thing available is wifi.
