@@trainelviajero here’s something funny, I would argue that would do nothing because 1. MD still has so many broken mill cards legal (grass, curious, chaos ruler) that you would almost always hit them. 2. It wasn’t just the banlist that gutted tear, it was also the release of full power kastira, whos gameplan is literally macro on legs and extra deck rips, that was just a hard counter to tear.
Mind you Tear doesn't have 100% win ratio because sometimes it plays vs itself 💀
The people Who thought that the ishizu card could coexist with the tear deck without breaking the game probably eat glue in their free time
Yeah, and they say it isn't broken with the limits.. insanely coping people out there. this is 100% going to break the diversity even more in the game. time to stop playing for awhile until they eventually ban all the cards.
@@marclenraymagdaraog691 I plan on taking a break too. I can't play Tear 0 format in best of 1. Especially with no Bystials and Primeval Planet at 1.
They also have Snow, Grass and Chaos Ruler too
You know, very balanced and fun to play against cards.

@@themasterblaze7563 i think farfa put it best. Ruler is at the very edge of being broken. It isnt as splashable as the other cards that mill and takes space in the extra deck

Master Duel is more sacky as it's best of 1 . No deck can really be Tear 0 even if it's the Strongest deck ever .
Plus in 2-3 mounts they will ban KitKalos and the Ishizu cards and it will be completely fine as a deck to exist whit 2 Fusors and 1 Pelrino

The deck's biggest weakness is that Tearlament players are super easy to piss off if you interrupt them a couple times and will surrender even if they have the upper hand, just because you made them feel as if they played "sub optimally" xD
Ever since the patch its either decks that can run d shifter or tear. The tear mirrors have been the best games so far though especially if neither side gets to resolve dweller.
Tear mirror is where the fun starts and ends tho. Any other tear vs sucks

Right now im just playing it as I never got to experience tear 0 in tcg as perle was expensive af.

Dweller not really kill tear imho with snow in the format. I won against dweller 2 times yesterday and chain snow before Dweller effect got resolved

Your ability to pick songs that match the decks is uncanny
I played this deck on paper when it first dropped and it's easily the most fun deck I've ever played. It may not be full power but it's enough to give me that feeling I had before the TCG February banlist. It feels good being able to play it again at a similar level. Also I'd probably specify it's more of a control deck with aggro tendencies. The graveyard control you get from the ishizus plus how you can use stuff like Rulkallos, Kaleido, Cryme and Sulliek to stop opponent's plays makes it feel more control heavy than aggro.

Problem with shifter decks is that they are bad. Tear just waits a turn and then pops of. Same thing with every other handtrap, they just wait and combo on your turn
@@swordswinger5 Dinomorphia doesn’t do anything to tear since the effects resolve in gy. Coupled with Pereleino, Snow, Shufflers to stop the special summons, that deck kinda just losses. Especially if they’re on Chimera

My pulls were so bad that I can’t make my build right now. I got 1 royal rukulos but that was it on 40 summons. And I don’t want to give anything else up rn cause I’m waiting for the new dogmatika and bystials.

It says a lot about this upcoming format, that out of the 6 games shown in the video, 4 of them are mirror matches.......
And the matches are so long with tear , so long . I just beat 2 Ishizu Tear to rank up to plat using melffy spright , those 2 matches took 40 minutes

Creo que esto paso a ser master "juega ichizu tearlaments o no juegues" duel 😅 hasta la mayoría de duelos de ejemplo eran mirror match, diablos esas cadenas. No juego en físico, pero siempre oí hablar que tearlament iba a romper el juego, y creo que no se equivocaban

Actually, since over 90% of the decks will be Ishizu Tears, what are some good decks to counter them? Maybe Spright? What else?
Exosisters and maybe Thunder Dragons. Anything that can mainboard Shifter and not have any problems. Otherwise play the mirror
Exosister and Floo are probably the top meta counters,
an Ishizu variant might do great with the shufflers,
and anything that uses the gy well itself can at least profit off of mills.
Otherwise 3x Imperm, Evenly Matched, and maybe even D D Crow.
Exosister will be able to go against them. but are they strong enough? NO.
Floowoondereeze = they will win against them IF THEY DRAW SHIFTER on turn 1 or they turn 1 set up Macro Cosmos.
The decks weakness isn't just a mini negate on their grave. you need a Dweller anti graveyard. so Dimension Shifter is a must.

Al principio no quería creerlo pensé que eran exageraciones pero Dios Mio y Jesús de Nazaret! Nunca había visto tanta consistencia en 1 deck de YGO! Todas las cartas de este mazo estan en la banlist. O banneadas o en 1 en el TCG y el OCG. Es uno de los mazos mas fuertes de la historia. Konami no lo testeo ni un poco

As another one of the so called "Free thinkers" who picked up Ishizu Tear on release, I can honestly say it's been a really fun deck, and the mirrors have been sick!
that being said, I do actually wish they'd hit the Ishizu cards. Tear is strong on it's own, but They wouldn't be nearly as obnoxious as I know they are for other strategies if it wasn't for the Ishizu cards. or at least thats what I think. Pre-Tear, I played labrynth, Branded despia and Phantom knight, and the Ishizu cards pretty much killed every hope I had at being able to play that duel.
Genuinley, Just ban the Ishizu cards, but keep tear around. I do actually think that would resolve a lot of the issues people have with the deck.

I like the Ishizu cards and how they center around sending cards to GY with Exchange of the spirit tactics. It just sucks they mesh with Tear so well. They should ban all of Tear to make Ishizu playable and then next banlist ban Ishizu to make Tear playable

Es hermoso ver este mazo de nuevo con (casi) todo su potencial, aunque también me trae feos recuerdos, XD; no tanto por los Tearlaments, sino por las cartas Ishizu que mezclan los recursos del GY.
2:09 tremendo error del oponente de mezclar su propia Meiru del chain link 1 con Sheiren. 12:09 Y este jugador en todo su turno parece que no sabía muy bien lo que estaba haciendo. En esas partidas se vio muy de manifiesto la diferencia de habilidad entre ambos jugadores para pilotear el deck.
22:03 ¿no debería ser 5/5 para los efectos banish? Sobre todo luego de esa última partida donde el oponente fue muy cerdo con ese Dark Law, XD.

But i have been using Aussa + Dharc to help make Sprite Elf, and sometimes Zombie Vampire. Any card "borrowed" from the opponent counts as a level 8 for ZV, and two monsters taken works.
And even when not in the mirror, everyone runs Maxx C :)
Well..... time t make decks that treat the GY like a second hand (like PK Fire, Skull Servants), or choose the path of violence and prefer to banish it all (Floowandereze, Gren Maju, Runick).

Que horror los mirro matchs. Yo tenía la idea de armarmelos, pero cuando recorde como eran los mirror matchs mejor pase, prefiero arrastrarme con mis dinos hasta donde me dejen, por que en los mirrors solo es de quien resiste más y quien usa mejor sus ishizu
El mirror necesita habilidad y eso es lo mejor que puede tener un mirror, mucho mejor estos mirror que los mirror de decks combo que se pueden jugar en automático y ganar aunque seas un manco.

Would Tears still be as busted as they are if they had a "you can only use 1 of (card name) effect and only once per turn"? I feel that being able to both mill AND fuse in the same turn is the issue. If you could only use 1 that would slow them down a bit
Just banish the material tbh. Consistency, high ceiling and recovery should not exist in the same deck, but here we are.

Podría ser una opción pero Super Poly al final la decidí quitar porque no le afecta tanto al Tear ya que sus monstruos activan efecto al irse al GY. Además, siento mejor jugar solo 40 porque así es más seguro que tus mill sean los adecuados.

Watching the mirror go is beautiful when played correctly.
This format goes to show how much of the Master duel community is actually willing to get better. But this might be a rough period for casual since its so expensive and powerful.
time to stop play master duel for a few format , chilling at rank match ( gold ) and have to duel against this deck 10/10 time
Really fun deck to play and play against in mirror but really hope the ishizu cards will be banned, really stupid to be able to stop close to every strategy so easily

I just love tear so much, the playstyle is so fun, the mirrors are so back and forth and overall its so hard to get 100% out of every play...

as you know what everyone else plays, so you can go all in with all of this...
there are so many anti graveyard cards in the game, if you go out of your way find a way to incorporated them then you can get your Ws;
Easier said then done, but its just like the meme "draw the out" or "with all due respect..."
you know whats coming add the out - and in contrast to mine or unbreakable boards, hand loops or U boards etc. Tear is still very interactive...

if you want the meta to be interactive against other decks, then pre-expulsion branded was very interactive, too
if you think it's fun to have skillfull mirror matches, then floowandereeze mirrors are very in-depth, too
if you've chosen to compromise on the issue of oppressive decks by going to the most oppressive of them all, then consider this: what's next?

Because the ladder will be heavily made of tear decks, and ash is not good against tear decks
@@sndorochi9660 hmm I see but what about ash for maxx c I can understand why no called by because it can easily be dodged by shufflers snow and so on
@@lotannaarinze6581 ash for maxx c is also not as good, because for one, thats one of the few things ash will do. It wont hit much else in the mirror. Also, under maxx c, Kitkat+Sulliek pass is viable, gives them two draws at most

Ash just won’t cut it anymore
