Jessica definitely speaks more fluidly in Korean. She may need some public speaking courses in English. There's too many filler words and a sense of awkwardness when she speaks.
You do know that she was born in America and didn’t move to South Korea till she was 11 right? I know many friends who were born in Canada who use the word like every two minutes or don’t understand certain words or phrases from the English language. And I’m not talking about Asians I’m talking about friends who’s parents are European. I think your statement is incredibly ignorant I don’t know if you meant it like that but this rubbed me the wrong way. The way Jessica speaks has more to do with her girly personality she is more than fluent in English.
