I'm looking forward to the Hood turret review. I have the 1/200 kit and that would be a great display with it. I was looking forward to your holiday photos but you apparently forgot to add them. I'm in the US but love medieval English history and collect medieval English hammered coins. Thanks again for all you add to the modeling hobby.
Hi Jason, Thanks for another great Table Talk. It sounds like you guys had a really nice vacation. When I was a kid, my parents were really big on taking family vacations. I look forward to seeing the Hood turret first impression, as this type of kit has always seemed a little odd to me but can see how they may work.

Alnwick Castle castle is really good. My son loved it. Although my wife spotted some plants coming through one of the cages in the poison garden which caused a bit of a stir.
Another interesting table talk, have missed you over the last week or so especially being in hospital. In regards to ideas maybe regarding airbrushing you could talk about the interaction between solvent paints and solvent lacquer and the process as you were so good as to advise me, there must be others making the same mistake I did. Looking forward to all your coming updates and videos as I can't do anything whilst I am recovering. All the best Jason keep up the great work.👍
Regarding the missing gun on your B-17, Jason. I had the same thing (on the other side), but luckily spied a little stub near the open hole. Tweezered the stub and - lo and behold - the whole gun slowly emerged! 😅
Hi Jason, great update, glad to hear you've had a nice holiday, never been in Northumberland myself (btw you did not include photos ;)), looks like an interesting holiday destination. I was on holidays as well, in Somerset, visited Jadlam store in Glastonbury (but was very disappointed with selection, seems like they keep most for online sales) and had a cracking day in Bovington Tank Museum, even my wife was stunned by the exhibition, she said it was the best Museum she's been in. I have a lot of vids to catch up with, airbrush lessons in particular. Bulldog is a great addition, and these Takom ship turrets I have been eyeing for a while now, although first I want to get Akagi superstructure with deck in 1:72, and make a nice diorama with B5N or Zero, I have already crew members figures (that would be 1st diorama I will ever make). But it will have to wait until I find a new job... Looking forward to B-17 update, I think I will finish mine on time. Good to have Table Talk back, thanks for an update! Have a great weekend, Dom
I’m all equipped for airbrushing but I’m still hesitant to start, thanks for giving me some great newbie advice!! I’m looking forward to your troubleshooting advice as that will cover what I’m afraid of 😂
Tamiya Lacquers? are you feeling ok Jason? roughly 50 to 75% thinner (dependent on the weather) and drop your PSI and make sure you've not had any water-based acrylics go through it ( trust me I know what cottage cheese looks like lol)Hopefully you'll get a new pair of nippers after the Takom kit 😉
