Chariots of Fire is the award-winning opening titles soundtrack from the movie of the same name. The sequence of the students running on the beach has made movie history! The soundtrack was composed in 1981 by Vangelis, it has been used ever since to celebrate sport moments. Mr Bean's version at the opening of the 2012 London Olympic Games is quite popular ;-)

@@simonvavra6608 It's not expensive. US$9.99 + $2.00 for a PDF. You must have the free app to use the interactive version. I just bought it. I'm only learning piano now, but Francesco inspires me, so I decided to get his arrangment as a goal to work toward. Someday, I will be good enough to play his arrangement, but not as well as he plays. I just love listening to him.
@@VOmaker If just the dollar wasn't so expensive! In Brazilian real it will cost more than R$60,00. I loved his arrangement of this song, but right now I can't afford it either
While I appreciate your tutorial videos, even on slow playback I have a hard time figuring fingering for those left hand arpeggios. I don’t know if you do your own engraving, but if you’d consider putting a few fingering suggestions on the hardest runs in your music I’d be even happier to buy it and learn it.

So its sunday afternoon. PBS is advertising the movie "Chariots of Fire." I think I'd really like to hear this again, but not the Vangelis version. I want a piano solo, something I've never heard before. I find this. I'm in tears. This is simply beautiful. And such a wide scope in its arrangement. Such an emotional delivery, but your manner was anything but. Thank you.

I have been looking for the perfect arrangement of Chariots of Fire to learn for quite a long time!! It is my dad's favorite song. He used to run competitively in college and still loves to run at 60 years old! This is the perfect arrangement!! If I can even learn the bare bones version of what you just performed, my dad will be so excited! I am buying a new keyboard next week because mine broke and then buying the sheet music to begin the journey of learning this lovely arrangement. Thank you!!

I, in my whole life, have never seen a pianist actually change my entire day as it starts with watching something Francesco plays. I'm not kidding. I'm watching Francesco play CHARIOTS OF FIRE. Most of us have known this piece for years but have never seen a close-up of a master like Francesco's beautiful hands dancing over the ivories like this. I don't mind saying Francisco's arrangement of these pieces brings real tears of joy to my eyes. It really does. I start my day with my little ones with coffee and a huge mug of Francesco's genius. It's better than any therapy. Thank you so much.
