I'm on the fence about applying to UPenn for grad school (city planning) since it's a lot of work putting all the materials together and I've never actually been to the campus. I'm 22 so I wouldn't be one of those super old grad students. What kind of feel is the campus? Is it a sort of stressed out place or a different vibe?
Hey Jonny. Uhm I guess this ultimately depends on the people you surround yourself (as is the case with all schools). Generally, Penn as a whole is definitely towards the stressed side: the influence of Wharton (more I'd say with the Wharton students) plays a toll on the other schools as well, and as a result everyone is constantly searching for internships starting their freshman year already. With that said, I don't think grad students would feel as stressed, mainly cause you're studying with people who (for the most part) have their stuff together and aren't on the constant, active hunt for any jobs
