台風接近にともない急いで犬走りと水路を作る【DIYで家作り♯137】A berm and waterway of the concrete

- 「犬走り」とは家の周囲に沿って施工された幅１mほどの通路のことです。
今年7月初めの雨が降り続く中、家の床下に潜ってみたところ基礎コンクリートの結露がひどいことを発見。原因は北側の屋外通路部分であることはたぶん間違いない。布基礎だからある程度覚悟はしていたものの、この状況を放っておくわけにもいかず、台風接近も重なって急いで工事することにしました。
材料費の節約のためコンクリートの骨材に大きな石や瓦を混ぜたり、他にもやや荒っぽい方法で施工しています。通常推奨されるやり方ではありませんので、施工後何か不具合が発生するかもしれません。真似される場合は自己責任でお願いします。
※ 一人で自宅を作っていますが、建築を仕事としていません。素人です。
＜補足＞
今回のコンクリートにはワイヤーメッシュという鉄筋を使っています。
鉄筋を入れると引っ張り強度が上がるので、いつも使うようにしています。しかし、今回のような使用頻度の低い裏通路の犬走りくらいなら鉄筋は入れなくても良かったかもしれません。
鉄筋のコンクリート被り厚は3cmくらいが理想なので、5cm厚のコンクリートではやや被り厚が足りません。また、湿気の多い場所の鉄筋は錆びやすく、その錆びがコンクリートのひび割れの原因になることがあります。
＜追記＞
映像にある住宅基礎の不自然な出っ張りは基礎工事の時の私の施工ミスです。いつかは削って修繕しようと思いつつ何年も月日は流れ、見慣れた風景にこのままでいいかと最近悟ってしまいました。

I'm 74 and have not seen this before, I checked the roof and rain gutters and they were running over the sides.

Watching you prepare one more part of your home to ready it for the storms.... It's only water, but so damaging.
I now understand more about soil preparation, laser levels. and reusing leftover stones and pottery for concrete.
I especially liked the way you cut the mesh rebar around the reused slabs, and using the half pipe to mould a drain.

这个排水系统有个问题，枯枝落叶垃圾等东西很容易把管道堵上，尤其是风不知道会刮来什么东西。
建议用之前作为模板的半圆管道打上孔或边缘做成梳子状扣在排水沟上面，这样可以让水流总有一个地方进入排水沟，而不是被水流的冲击下把排水管口堵死。
U字溝は味気なくて嫌だなあとずっと思っていて、放置していたところに、このやり方を真似させていただきます｡

U字溝と比べると勾配の取り方も楽かもしれませんね。
