Hi Dawne, so my Krups 239 crapped out on me this morning. That baby lasted me 20+ years. I plugged it in and the outlet cracked and a tiny plume of smoke shot out of the plug head. I'm assuming it's the entire cable that's done. I don't think it's the unit. Unfortunately, this model is no longer available. In fact, I didn't even see any countertop blenders on the Krups site at all. :( Any suggestions? Thank you.

Do you have any advice on where/how to oil the motor of the Krups 243? Mine is giving off that hot tired motor smell....

The rubber coupler looks very simular to OBH Nordica stuff, but maybe i have to screentryck in oppositionen direktion (?).
