    Was wanting to hook up a 2 panel system for the time being... This is very helpful... I have the inverter and batteries... plus 6 panels but wanted to only start hooking up 2 for the time being before I move to another more remote place...Thanks for explaining how to set it up...

    7:12 you drilled through the solar panel live wire and put a bolt through the middle of the wire.

    thanks, glad to see another East Tennessean doing off grid, am about to on my land, have solar panels, wiring, charge controller coming.. had to buy bit by bit. then need 2 12 v to run my 24 v 1600 w system.. then pole mount them.. abutting the car port so I can get more leverage as well as reach them easily.. idk if 150 an hr or more.. is something I can place in my budget.. will see.

    If you would hold the dam camera still and not talk about what doesn't matter.....this would go a whole lot easier...
