When you talk of 'nozzles' in a Puchshop video I'm guessing in English language that would be the jet size yes? In my case a 64, right now I'm rebuilding my very standard Maxi N.
Still learning how to read subtitles very quickly in English 😁

Yes it should be jet size, the dutch translation is also not always correct😉
