I feel like this is great because it fixes the problem of being dead waiting for 20 min. You actually get to have an impact on the match (other than being mildy helpful or annoying by heating or cooling people as a ghost)
And it makes the annoying problem of Project Winter even more annoying - being unable to see behind buildings and trees, which is worse with walkers added into the mix.
I wish the "traitors" had an in-game reason for trying to stop the survivors. I don't think it has to be overly complicated or dramatic but it would be nice to have a bit of lore to it.

I don't want an entire book on the traitors origins just a different intro text for traitors explaining why you are here or at least saying "your reasons are your own" or something. besides they can make traitor roles and add why you are there in the future anyway. Like "warlord: making a play for the settlement. You do more damage with guns but they have less bullets" kind of thing. It wouldn't be that hard to do. So why not?
