It's good but not necessary... I am former national medalist athlete m not using these type of things.. To check your pulse over your carotid artery, place your index and middle fingers on your neck to the side of your windpipe. When you feel your pulse, look at your watch and count the number of beats in 15 seconds. Multiply this number by 4 to get your heart rate per minute.

how is the accuracy especially for blood pressure ?
Is it accurately measure temperature,bp, oxygen level ?? you should compare it with your standard medical equipment and made a video
I am using it and I can tell you that it doesn't show the correct BP and I am sure that it doesn't show other things also correct.
It's better to buy a thermometer which would cost around 100rs.

Not at all.. I was a bp patient.. My BP was 16-110, it used to show 120 or something
I'l tell you, how it works.. So you have to select the category you are in "Low BP, Normal BP, High BP and Very High BP". So it will give you the result depending upon your selection.
Let's suppose, you have very high BP and you select "Normal BP" so it will show you normal BP only.

My vital 3.0 always show my body temperature around 93 degree Fahrenheit , I have all time hyperthermia. Lol not good in stats ,only looks good on wrist but can't wear all the time though.

I am using it and I can guarantee you that it doesn't show correct BP, not even close. If your BP is 160, it can show 120 and vice versa. I am sure, same is with the temperature reading.
If you are planning to buy this, I would suggest you to buy a thermometer which would cost around 100rs. That's all. To check Oxygen level, you can buy oximeter which will be around 500 rs.

This type of smart bands are for reference purpose and not for exact medical diagnosis. Accuracy for BP may not be accurate. We have to see the manufacturers manual.
