Good to know. It is hard to tell sometimes, as I have played courses where the signs seem very inaccurate. So I try to just go by UDisc as a general rule of thumb. I know that UDisc is also not always accurate, either.
Same thing with a course I manage. It is in the forest, and there is no reference area when laying out the map. We measured everything out by laser and rope.
Your video quality and editing are clean, but when it comes to the dg game you need to slow down and pick something specific to aim at. You're putting your head down before you even start your walkup and just chucking in a general direction. Actually aim (start by keeping your eyes on an small target longer) and you'll see scores improve a ton.
That day was definitely not a great day for me. I think the added pressure of having non-DG friends on the course while filming definitely got in my head. I played a much cleaner round the next day.
Now thats a round of Disc Golf! full of tragedy and triumph! forests down there look super cool
It is pretty cool playing disc golf in a new environment. A lot different from the Canadian Shield!
Keep up the grind.
Was hoping this was Myrtle beach Fla. my great aunt lives there.
Haha.
Yeah, different state. But I really love this course.
What set-up do you use for these videos? Your video and audio quality are fantastic.
Thank you.
I use the Canon EOS R and Rode Wireless Go ii microphones. Though I don’t love the Rode mics.
UDisc distances are wrong. Tee-sign distances are correct.
Source: I lasered the course on install to get exact accurate measurements for the signs.
