My little advice Fel,be taking Zoe more videos ata kama si content ndio kazoee camera,..akiona camera anakuwa tu composed and easy with it,that way she will get used and she will be more cooparative while you're doing content. Just a suggestion.
i take BCAA and creatine before and after my workouts; I dont take protein though. I prefer natural sources so more eggs for me. On normal days, i take them when i wake up and go about my day. They're supplements that speed up the recovery process and ease muscle soreness that comes after a workout. Just make sure to read the instructions and not over do it, hydrate loads cause creatine might increase chances of dehydration etc
