Well thanks for the video:) its pouring rain, just finished running, and now under the covers youtubing, this is perfect, as I ran behind him, and someday plan on running infront of him, I mean he ran on the track, in sun, I ran around the grass, in the rain:) lol much respect, he's fast, and great energy, but if I had a hurt hip,,,swim, swim, swim, until you feel like you can beat Lucy:) then I am sure you hip will perfect, never recomend surgery,,,its all sales,,,and money, its like we are on a path, and the unverse knows the direction, yet are minds constantly throw us off course,,,do believe you just wake up, and go with flow of it, so much better, like my advise, you would a lot more swims in, no time at the doctors:) my favorite part, and really, this race, is like won, or lost in the swim,,,and most important, that pain killer idea, is just like it sounds, it will end you, its like driving your car with the engine light on, and if you are ok with that,,maybe its like driving your car, with a flat tire, lol happy new year, and happy training,
