Ingredients:
For #curry :
200 gms paneer cubes
15 - 17 soaked cashews
3 tbsp Oil
1/2 piece star anise
inch cinnamon stick
3 cardamom
3 cloves
1/2 bay leaf
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 cup finely chopped onions
2 green chilli slits
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
2 ripe tomato chopping
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
4 tbsp water
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup coriander chopping
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp hot milk
1 tbsp butter
For seasoning:
1 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
10 to 15 cashews
1 onion diced
