Can't be any milk, has to be at least 1% since milk fat has the enzymes that work on capsaicin
Milk really didn't help me at all, ice cubes helped a lot more
or bread, yogurt, ice cream and some other dairy products
Very cold water helps. Turns those taste buds off.
