thanks for this tutorial bro. a lame question but i just want to know what the raw data signifies? like it tells the concentration of gases in air or just a no to tell there is gas present in the air.
Raw data means value between 0-1023 , you can convert it to percentage.

High, due to cpu usage, this fluctuations occur, and no , these values are analog, you can put formula to convert it in ppm

There is no such requirements for actual module (physical hardware). This one is used to convert pwm value output from sensor to analog output, so Arduino can detect it and for simulation purpose only. Please Subscribe channel if you like this video.

It can detect gases like Ammonia (NH3), sulfur (S), Benzene (C6H6), CO2, and other harmful gases and smoke.
Without explanation it's useless. Just scheme of hell knows what.
