I was just looking at a $5,000,000 house inland on a lake with a very large fantastic back yard. However, if you were led blindfolded into any interior room then had the blindfold removed, you would think you were in a large 3/2 Ranch style home built in the 80s. The interior was uninspired. On the other hand, this house has well done architectural features internally. This house looks as though it would be worth multi millions. Now, it is not perfect. Its location is both detrimental and excellent from two different perspectives. It is located on a finger in the intercoastal waterway and faces east. Therefore, there is an opportunity to watch sunrises but not sunsets. Bummer. On the other hand, the house is very protected from wind and waves by being behind the barrier islands and on the east side of its own land so waves would need to breach two land barriers before they became problematic. It is not perfect but it is a beautiful house on a great location.
