Such a simple thing that I couldn't figure out, definitely glad this video was here to help.
Although I noticed for Mac, you could use either control or option, doesn't have to be both. Of course this is 8 years later tho lol

Unfortunately, they're not proper paragraphs and import into other programs (such as Publisher) as soft returns. And you can't find/replace Special characters in Publisher.
