I just had a problem tonight with the Excel file that the oldie sexetary in the office handed me with no item number printed. I thought it's easy to print & I tried, but came out the same. I copied the file in my USB and searched for the solution. Yes, I came to your video to rescue my problem. I printed it properly the way it should be after watching your video. I'm so thankful for sharing your know-how on Excel. Merry Christmas.
But you would think that microsoft with all its money and engineers and programmers would have already worked to make the printing process alot less "intricate" , certainly after 20+ years .
I'm really curious to know what is bad this video that there are 72 dislike! Nothing is better than your videos and honestly that's the most helpful teaching channel on TH-cam so far.
I have watched and learned from several video Excel software different option , but I found this one best for printing option learning. Video show all steps and option in a very easy to understand ways to print report in minimum pages. I have only one suggestion, If wrap text option was used to narrow column to fill in long months names then report can be printed in fewer pages to since data for sales were only 2 or 3 digits only.
Why isn't there a simple option where you can just see where the boundaries of the sheet you will print, then you arrange your information on that sheet. 18 minutes of trial and error print? There's no scale to fit? Was this created in 1986? Unreal

Thanks for a good refresher, I wish I had seen this along with the rest of the series years before I took my IGCSE ICT Final Exam. Could have saved me so much time and so much hair loss from doing it the hard way to solve seemingly difficult but easy problems
Hi I’m getting so frustrated right now how do I print my worksheet out with out the numbers and letters on the top. I don’t need the letters and numbers on my page
My techniques here. If the column headings are supposed to be months (like the example shown), I will use three letters only so that all column widths can be set the same. The column widths are then set uniformly to accommodate the widest number in the print range or the month heading, whichever is larger. I also set/use the Normal style to align data to the top of the cell with word wrapping. Having data at the top of the cell is generally easier to read in tabular data. I also ensure like numbers are formatted similarly (commas, decimal places, etc.) and indented from the column's right grid line (not centered) for ease of reading them under their respective heading.
Love your videos and I'm learning so much! One thing I might have done in this example would be to abbreviate the month names, that might have given room for the December column. Just a thought!

I don't know why you didn't choose to retype the months in a short way. Jan Feb Mar Apr May Jun Jul etc.. but seriously, I love your videos, It helped in improving my excel skills though :D
Is there a way to print 2 files when 2 tabs are selected (groups) but prompted for individual file names for each worksheet rather than print on work sheet give a file name and then start all over again for the 2nd worksheet? I had it working where 2 or more worksheet tabs were selected, when it came to printing it would ask me for a save as for each tab while it printing (saving to PDF) but now i can't seem to make it that happen again

On the page layout view, beside the ruler there is orange as the boundary of the row or column, how do you remove it so that the row or column can reach the end of the paper?
