- The Big Chief Trail in Truckee, California is my new favorite sanctioned trail in the area. As we all know there is a lot of riding in the Tahoe area. I heard about this trail being build for quite some time and saw a few pictures of the progress as it came along. However after hearing it was open and what people thought about it, I couldn't wait to get up there. We liked this trail so much we came back two weeks later to ride it again. This was definitely up in the top three new trails I rode in 2019. If you are in the Truckee area this is definitely a don't miss ride. #mtb #mountainbiking #laketahoe
