I’m loving your videos especially because you are doing research along the way, actually research you’re doing regarding these very cool places that you go. Love these!!! Oh, I’ve got one suggestion that may be difficult to do, I’m not sure 🤷🏼♀️, but I wish you’d turn the camera towards what you’re seeing as you walk and talk. I mean, it’s nice to see your face but I would so feel like I’m really along your explorations with you if I could view what you see as you walk. Thanks so much for what you’re doing. I hope you do a lot more about the various tribes and share information about them. I’ve recently seen some really really interesting and very strange info regarding cannabolism among various tribes. Very spooky.
Noted, thanks so much for your feedback! Really appreciate you, I think you will like my video that I will be posting next week. Very focused on the scenery
Its yood, there's so much geological changes its very interesting, and yes some parts look melted and others puzzles and some like sculptures. Thanks enjoyed it very much, remember somethings taken in too long muddle it. So short n sweet
Myron Cook is a good place to learn geology. He has Longer videos but well presented. When you can afford it get a camera with a better stabilizer. The intro was hard to hear you over the music. Great location choice. Keep up the good work.
Thanks so much for these valuable insights!!! I will definitely be keeping them in mind. Funny I actually recently subscribed to Myron Cook, he is a wealth of great knowledge! Thanks for watching, more western explorations coming soon.
Johnny, this was an amazing adventure! You have become so comfortable with the camera and speaking I feel like I’m with you sometimes it’s really cool! This place was weird that’s for sure! As to the melting, I do believe you’re on something there’s a lot of that in the desert and this area definitely look like it was something else before it was damaged. I’ve watched a couple videos from JON LEVI, there’s another one called my lunch break! Strange name, but this guy breaks it down from start to finish, and it’s absolutely phenomenal what he’s dug up concerning melting of many things! Check them out when you get time. Thank you so much for this one!God bless you kid. Be safe!❤🙏🏼🎉
This comment just made my day! Thanks so much for the kind words and insight!! I will definitely check out their channels, thanks for the recommendations! More adventures coming soon 🙂
Now you should go visit Goblin Valley in Central Utah and then Valley of Fire in Southern Nevada. Oh, and Cathedral Gorge in southeastern Nevada. Those places I listed are filled with wonderful examples of crazy rocks. Oh, and Little Finland in Gold Butte National Monument in Southern Nevada and the Toadstools between Page Arizona and Kanab Utah and Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks. There's just so much!!!
Haha it’s so true! It’s overwhelming how much there is to see and do out west! Goblin Valley is high on the list. One of my previous videos (winter camping video) I shot down in Bryce after the canyon got hit with like 3 feet of snow. Pretty incredible sight. I will definitely add all of your recommendations to the list. Thanks so much for watching!
@@johnnyoutwest east, more specifically saxony. If you are interested we have the Saxon Switzerland, which is a more well know geologic formation in my area. Btw, your video reminded me of things my mother used to tell me as a kid like this small basaltic cone nearby being a small exstinct volcano (ofc. its not) but going there as a kid an imagining what shaped this landscape was always fun. Just like you did in this video :)
Love the wild horses. Americans need to promote photography safaris to see our elk, deer, horses, buffalo, wild cats, wolves. We are so concerned with ranching, what about our wildlife? New Mexico, Utah, full of natural habitat and wonders.
Great video. Do you know what the man made looking structure is at 6:53 in the video? Center/slight right of screen, shaped like a round/octagon structure. Looks like a merry-go-round in the valley, maybe just me. lol Anyway, very interesting video, thanks.
Thanks so much for the comment!! Haha yeah, it’s actually a bench 🤦♂️. Which to me is so silly to slap a bench in the middle of this marvel. Lol. Hope you stick around for more western exploration coming soon!
Lol sorry about that! The night before this video I was filming while camping, so I didn’t do my normal camera and lens cleaning before this excursion. I was pretty pissed about the dust and such on the lens 🤦♂️
I am not a geologist either but like almost everyone I have always wondered how the geological formations all around the world were formed. Like everyone else I was taught in school about the theory of evolution but there is a better explanation I believe.Simple and yet plain as day. There are 12 PhD;s including a Geologist, Philosopher, Hebraist, another Geologist, Paleontologist, Taphonomist {never heard of that one}, Microbiologist, Marine Biologist, another Paleontologist, another Biologist, an Astronomer and an Archeologist who put together a video that in my mind gives the best explanation for the way the earth is today. Check it out. It won;t hurt. Go to { Is Genesis History?} and you can down load the video for free or buy it to have as a reference. It cleared up my thinking.
Oh wow that sounds super interesting, I will definitely check it out! Thanks so much for the recommendation. Oh and thanks for stopping by the channel 😉

Great stuff J!
Thanks brother 💪💪
For comparison, you might want to go to Red Rock Canyon State Park in Cantil, California. There are similar structures that baffle the mind.
nice, thanks for the recommendation!
SO cool ! thanks for sharing
Thanks so much for the kind words Shawn! More western explorations coming soon!
@johnnyoutwest you have been to Carlsbad Caverns, yes? I'm heading there in a few weeks, for my third trip there. It's incredible.
@@shawnfallahi5616 I have not...Looks incredible though! Hope you have a great trip! I will make my way there some day.

I used to live near there, but never visited that canyon.
Yeah its a mission to get to but sure is a sight!
The light area reminds me of volcanic ash

It's a melted structure.
Look for damaged bricks in various stages of melt.
Research meltology.
Thanks for the video!

Is it old terminate nests?
According to what I have read, it is not..but it sure looks like it!!
That's actually biology left over from the great flood.
Can you explain more?
How do I find the parking lot?
