Haven't you seen those homes That are in the winery. Those homes are gorgeous. The ones that have the pools !! they are nice! The only problem with those homes is you're buying them, but they're not actually your home!! Ugh . You can't live in the homes year round. They expect you to rent it out
It's a specific type of ownership model that is designed for people who want full management of a property. The homes are indeed owned outright. For some people this model is fantastic and just what they're looking for. For others it doesn't suit them.
The toilet off the kitchen would have to go but would make a great Laundry room. The property was lovely especially with that little terrace. Nice to see somewhere in a town rather that a village.
@@pipobscure Don't care!!!! It is revolting and I believe illegal here in Australia. There must be one other door- such as a hallway between the kitchen & toilet door. Other than that the house was beautiful. I'm sure if another bathroom was added upstairs it could be 2 way so ensuite or accessible from the bedroom.
Seems lovely and reasonably priced. I always wonder what the annual real estate taxes are in France (or whatever passes for the equivalent of annual real estate taxes).
Yeah I caught that as well The first toilet in the kitchen You couldn't see if there was a tiny sink but he didn't say either way The second toilet off the stair when he opened the door it sounded like the door hit the sink the sink might have been behind the door I don't know but the room was big enough for a sink I was wondering why he didn't say toilet and sink!! I understand what you're saying tho .. in the US. It's a little different haha 😅
@@languedocpropertyfinders2195 And no sink in bathroom culture I would say is a unclean culture you got to wash your hands after you go. Tell that bathroom
What a location that has so many attributes..loved the hidden balcony with tiny entrance door…a perfect town house❤
Thank you so much 🤗
I lived in Pezenas for 3 yrs. Loved it
I've been here for 23 and still love it :-)
Very lovely home. Loved the decoration. Nice features. Great place in the center of the city. Love it❤
Thanks for watching!
Okay, this is a great place, one of the best you have featured.

A lovely house and being central very much suits me
Glad you like it

The toilet next to the kitchen is essential if you intend to entertain unless you want your guests to enter the master suite.

Guests can just use the toilet on the floor above that is off the landing. No need to enter a bedroom.
It's a cultural thing. Very normal in France, less normal in the UK and also the USA apparently
So, what was with that rack of all those keys in the entryway? Peculiar.
Don't worry. The front door is a private front door. The mailbox is outside

For a house like this in this part of France you're looking at around €2000 per year
@@languedocpropertyfinders2195 That's not bad at all. Thanks.
You're welcome

Thanks. I'm glad you like it.
W/C no sinks? Shower rooms no W/C? Maybe I'm off, but that kills it for me

What is the price, please
€395,000 I always published the price in the first couple of lines in the description below the video title 😉
Fantastic location, but I just didn’t love the space. Just felt totally without any charm or warmth. The toilet without a sink is ridiculous!
That's fair enough. I hope you enjoyed the video.
You can always add a sink but I agree- would have been better with it.
