Gorgeous house, my only petty negative is the crappy colour of the front door, I thought it was 70s aluminum at first. Best provided house I have seen on real estate abroad.
I have not seen any radiator. Is there no central heating? In the kitchen there was a door. What is behind that door? Why do the owners want to sell? Is parking on the street free?
Most houses here do not have "Central heating". Heating is typically via electric radiators. This house has a combination of those plus the AC which heats as well as cools. In the kitchen there is a door that leads to a small passage. Not really useable. The owners are selling just because they've had the house for a long time and are now ready to do something else. Yes, parking on the street is free :-)
There is a back door leading to a small "impasse". The door does have glass in it but it's very common for the smaller village houses not to have much at the back in the way of natural light.
I think it's actually a fair price for a house in this village in very good condition. If you don't know the area then yes, I can see how you could think that. The very close proximity to Pezenas counts for a lot in actual fact. Thanks for watching and commenting :-)
Yes...with a terrace like 🏖 that I'd want to build a raised platform (along the back half?) 1 - 1.5 metres higher, that had seating.. so that I could sit and look at the view.. 🥸...assuming there is a view.
OMG! I love it! The french language is all I worry about. Gosh I think I could live just about anywhere nice and this is even furnished. Very nice!
Thank you! 😃

So nice of you. Glad you enjoyed it.
Beautiful Property!!!
Glad you like it
really nice, but oon the terrace on L3- what happens when it rains?
The terrace has a gentle slope with drainage points to the outside so it's all good.
Did you not see the shower tray
The house is beautiful and so is your english, I didn't need the subtitles.😊
Thank you so much :-)

It is indeed a great house for the money and in a really good village.
Not much natural light coming in. Would need the lights on in the kitchen and dining room.
Very typical for the smaller village houses. It's still a lot of house for the money and in a fab village.
High speed Internet in 2025... just amazing.
😉
Asking price perhaps?
€175,000. It's in the title of the video :-)

No window in the kitchen!?!

Nice but not for €175,000

Lacks windows on ground floor.
That's true but it's very common for the smaller village houses not to have much at the back in the way of natural light.
Unfortunately no charm left, it has been modernised with no original features left!
It represents good value for money though
No proper outside space. That 'roof terrace' was quite claustrophobic.
Not an unfair comment

Nice idea 👍🏻
