The terrace has a gentle slope with drainage points to the outside so it's all good.

Gorgeous house, my only petty negative is the crappy colour of the front door, I thought it was 70s aluminum at first. Best provided house I have seen on real estate abroad.

There is a back door leading to a small "impasse". The door does have glass in it but it's very common for the smaller village houses not to have much at the back in the way of natural light.

I think it's actually a fair price for a house in this village in very good condition. If you don't know the area then yes, I can see how you could think that. The very close proximity to Pezenas counts for a lot in actual fact. Thanks for watching and commenting :-)
