- Three days in Northumberland, September 2020. Exploring Seahouses, Bamburgh, Budle Bay, The Farne Island and Lindsifarne (Holy Island). The weather wasn't too kind to us the first day but it did improve for the remainder of the trip. Just in case you are watching this twenty years in the future, everyone is wearing masks because of the coronavirus, Covid 19 pandemic. If you are watching this eons in the future after the pandemic wiped out all human life on Earth, masks and mass-unemployment were the attempts to control it, along with panic-buying toilet paper and moaning a lot on social media.
Fabulous
Our biggest disappointment during our very similar trip, recently, was the discovery that the Grace Darling Museum at Bamburgh is CLOSED on a Saturday in high holiday season. What on earth????
Excellent vid of the Northumbrian coast!
Great video. I was there thursday.
I'm swimming their next week
Wow
Another good video John, glad you are still getting out and about and enjoying life after Growhow.
Cheers Paul. Hope you are keeping well.
I loved the video. Given the choice of going to Lindisfarne or the Farne Islands; which wins out? Time wont allow a visit to both.
If you like bird watching, Farne Islands, there's not much else there. Otherwise Lindisfarne.
@@johnlavelle9961 thank you
@@johnlavelle9961 I agree totally.
If you are watching this eons in the future after the pandemic wiped out all human life on Earth, ....all hail our new Womble overlords!!
Nope, it’s still the idle, feckless, corrupt Tories. For now.
