Yeah, not all streamers are bad. Take Daniel (RTGame) and Bryan (Dechartgames) for example. They're both pretty chill and appreciative of subs. I don't know who you're watching, but they sound toxic as hell.

I have the impression that the person who wrote that has never seen a CRT monitor.
My old Sonicview CRT can go as high as 180Hz. (At very low resolutions) And can push 80~105Hz at around 1600x1200 (Depending on support for V blanking progressive)
The only shitty monitors that I know are all LCD based. Since they're locked at 60Hz, and low resolutions will simply be stretched out to fit the monitor.
