looks pretty much the same as my lathe. i also what the foward nothing backwards pull knob, and the pin in the gear for the bypass for slower turning.. is that a fischer thing? i wonder what brand my lathe is.. it is german thats what i do know
Hi. I have the opportunity to buy such a lathe at a good price, it is probably the AKZ-8. The machine is without engine, can you enter the power and RPM of the engine from your lathe ??
Hi. Unfortunately I can't post a picture of the type plate. Data on the engine: KW 0.95 PS 1.3 220/380V A4.65/2.7 COS 0.73 n 920 The speed depends on the translation from the motor (belt pulley) to the lathe. If that's not enough, I could maybe make a video of the run for you.
@@diebienenflusterer1568 Thanks for the quick reply. In the machine I am looking at, the original drive pulley from the lathe side has been replaced with a V-belt pulley. What is the diameter of the original drive wheel on your lathe ?? Second thing, what is the circumference, thickness and width of the drive belt of the transmission ?? Nice machine. I did not install the attachment including the gearbox. In my case, the shaft is connected directly to the motor. The way it looks to you, you only need to flange on a motor and it should run. What you are missing, however, is the drive for thread cutting. There should still be some gears there.

Hab im anderen Video eine Antwort geschrieben.

Ahhh just seeing.
There are gears lying on the bench and hanging on the sled.
