I love his comment on cheating. A good trick i learned was from coach Dave Debol. He said when you get to the dot, complain that the other center needs to square up and point at his feet. While the ref is checking him out, move yourself into an advantageous position. They want to speed the game up so after checking the other center he will probably drop the puck right away. Obviously you can't get away with it all the time, but, its a nice move to have in your back pocket.
I just recorded it a couple weeks ago, although I did a video on my own with some faceoff tips last year, but it didn't have a former NHL player in it :P
