Fear of mankind, fear of people's opinion will always lead to sinful choices.
But the fear of the Lord, the right knowledge and perspective about God, is the
beginning of a knowledge to salvation and a life of holiness.
Lot succumbed to fears and even Abraham made poor choices based upon fears.
But our loving God is willing and able to forgive our sins and create a new path
forward.
