thank you for continuing to make this content!! i absolutely love disney history content and learning new things about disney! funny enough, i knew so much about disney facts and thought there wasn't much more to learn, but you actually taught me so many new facts!
Slight correction: work had begun inside of the WoL/PLAY Pavilion. Nothing big from what I saw, just framing, sheetrock etc - when the STOP WORK order came down, the pavilion was once again abandoned - sawhorses and 2x4s ready for sawing left in place.
Thought it was confirmed in the Disney archives, taken down to avoid injuries of those who break in + try climbing to buzzy 1 department forgot to inform others, and a guy was found with stolen buzzy clothes + other Disney stuff. Not buzzy Archives is massive + prob not numbered/ catalogued like other stuff to b known there
I believe it's a Disney employee inside job, if it wasn't him, it was someone else. It seems definitely unrealistic, but I still doubt Disney would do it in this manner. They didn't do just a sloppy job, but also never cleaned the evidence of it happening. It didn't even have to be one person, it could've been two, or more. Hoot used to be partner up with his friend and he has a lot of different props from rides over the years. If he didn't grab it himself, he bought it. Hell, Hoot himself could've bought it off of someone at this point it's been so long (if it even still exists). I used to be a fan of Hoot, but kind of upset to hear his "I don't care" attitude about a piece of Epcot history being taken away. Maybe he really doesn't know, or have it, but it's clear what he did was to throw off the investigators. It seems clear he's on the side of whoever stole Buzzy at this point, whoever it may be. It's just sad because I saw a Urban explorer video of Cranium Command right before this happened and Buzzy had a tag on it saying "DO NOT DESTORY" as well as it explaining why, which was due to it being saved so it could go into the Disney Archives. I sometimes wonder if that video was the one who got (whoever it was) attention and inspired them to take it. I have a feeling at this point we'll never truly know, or if it do, it won't be until a very, very long time.

Maybe Buzzy will be found one day like the missing Ruby Slippers.
Love your content and super excited to see you in long form on here! 😊
Thank you so much!!
Loved part 1 & 2 of this series and exited to see more ! :)
This makes me wonder what the Galactic Star Cruiser is going to look like in 5 to 10 years. Will it be the next target for theft and urban explorers?
Thank you so much for sharing! All very interesting and very well executed ☺️ ready for more!
I hope you keep doing these deep dives!

Oh interesting!! So they had a fully worked out vision then?? Or what type of work was being done??
I rly hope one day this is solved, my father loved this ride as a child and was sad too hear of him being disappeared

Question! If Patrick stole the gloves, jacket and hat how is that possible that n the second photo Buzzy is only missing the gloves?
These things are rarely multi-generational, so when the person who has the stolen items dies, his family would likely put it on the market.
Unless the family is already in possession of it ...
We love you
ily all ty!!!
