I love this video! It kinda reminds me of how they used to make Music Mondays, with the scripted transitions and pre-planned jokes. And my favorite thing about these videos is seeing them walking around joined at the hip and all cuddly with each other, but still bantering like at 6:53.
I'm currently doing crazy exams as I graduate school next Friday so I'm stressed to the eyeballs, but these videos are seriously relaxing and lovely. Also motivational as I want to be able to get through this tough time and travel to these amazing places someday in the future! PS: I adore the little drive-by scene down the street!

My favorite place in Busan is the hiking trails!! There's one that goes up this huge hill and there's a lighthouse at the top. The view is amazing. You can even drive because there's a street so if you can't hike but want to see the lighthouse (or the Buddhist temple) you can just drive!
I was in Busan 2009/2010. Simon and I conversed a tad online about TDSB jobs and this and that (though it was long enough ago i neither remember the full context nor the platform that serviced such communication... Facebook, Twitter, what WAS 2010 anyway?) and he kindly shared some files of his battleship games and etc etc. Anyway, Simon and Martina it looks like you two are FUCKING thriving over there. Congrats.Y'all seemed like such genuinely rad people and it melts my heart to see that you are continuing to build on all your success. Keep killing it you two!

I like learning about the less touristy places, because I live in a touristy area (near Disneyland) and I know there are much nicer places here that the tourists don't know about. I also liked the way you filmed this. The transitions were cool and I liked the time-laps you did in the market at 2:43. How long did you guys have to stand like that? lol
I had to re-watch this, because I finally made it to Busan during Chuseok. I wanted to see what places I could recognize; we actually stayed in a hotel right on Gwangali Beach, and it was FANTASTIC. I loved going there every night; and Gamcheon was just...beautiful, and made my liberal arts uni background happy. If you ever go back, there's a makgeolli bar that you HAVE to try! It's called 천탁 (or Tony's), and it's near Kyungsung University. The food is phenomenal, and it's been around for years; you can tell just by the pictures and scrawlings on the wall!

Really enjoy your videos writing a list on all the places I want to see! Jeju Island is right at the top, I definitely want to visit that cute cafe!! :D
6:11 Is there a particular reason why all of the roof-tops are painted green? I noticed that it's quite popular in South Korea (and possibly in Japan as well).
ElleonOnline It's a waterproof paint kinda thing for the rooftop. I heard it's to prevent the leaks or something like that. And it's just that this paint is green most of the time.
