Hey, I give them more then 6 months notice that I am selling the house.but they’re not moving. I also offered them 2 months rent
If you are looking to sell unless you have an N11 signed I wouldn't suggest pushing the date back as the tenant does have the right to stay in the property during the sale. So it's always best to just list the property unless you come to an agreement with the tenant prior to that.

@@danielhaletv let me talk to my uncle. He wants his tenant out so he can sell his house that he has owned since 1981. It’s right by Western university. He might as well sell this house while the tenant is in it. She refuses to move even though she has lived in the property for 7 years. We will contact you soon.
