Hello sir , Im useing S7 300 Plc suddenly it doesn't go into runmode so i removed and reinsert the memory card now it's went to online but what i have updated ( bypassed) earlyer all are erased ,why its happening.

Because updated was not in mmc card it was on plc rom after update you haveto transfer program in mmc card.

In my original program I added only OB1 but when am uploading program have lot of blocks ...how can avoid that blocks??

Sir I have s7 300 plc and a memory card in it. I created a project, downloaded to plc and checked, working fine.. Incase I remove the memory card and put a new empty memory card, then the same project that has downloaded to plc will work or not...

Yes defiantly will work but take proper backup then download in cpu again with empty memory card. In case any issue whatsapp me i will resolve your issue.

Yes can be out depend on plc model. If you will remove memory card then plc will go to sf mode mean ask for program. some plc runs without memory card also.
