    Time to upgrade your set and up your game. Wanna be a big TH-camr get a better set. Also try recording your video in 4K. Even most mid range smartphone can record in 4K. Try upgrading your videos from 1080p 🤔🙂✌️. Have a good one love your videos videos.

    I think regardless of the OC difference being small I've had better experience and less parts failures from nicer motherboards. Specifically the dark series.

      I would agree with that, all though I have had some crazy stuff go down with a couple of high end Asus boards I have had over the years lol

    If you want to go crazy with overclocking, EVGA is the way to go. If you break it by overclocking, you can get a new one. Good luck getting Gigabyte to do the same. Now granted, if you burn up the other parts connected to the motherboard like RAM or the CPU, that is on you, but the motherboard is covered.

    • @Argentbuilds
      @Argentbuilds  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      100% agree definitely the way to go overclocking on the bright side usually there's enough fail safes to save the other components

    my z53 idle temps are a bit high with a 5800x its at 38-40c on idle, my EVGA CLC 240mm was having idle of 36c with a b550-f with the same cpu....

    Great review. I would be very interested to hear more about the RAM and CPU overclocking at some point, especially how it performs in overclocking with 4 sticks of ram. I managed to get 4 sticks of Patriot Viper 8Gb (Samsung B die) 4400 CL19 single rank cheap from a friend (he wanted rgb) and my plans were to try and underclock it and tighten the timings up. Something like 1:1:1 at 3800Mt/s CL14 or a close as I could get. I would love to know if you can get similar results out of something like that.
    I would also like to hear some more about the boards features eg. I understand that it only had a 1Gb lan port. It seems an unusual choice on such a highish end board when most other manufacturers are going with 2.5Gb lan as standard. Do you consider that a negative or do you think that the other board features compensate for this? Keep up the good work.

    How is this board holding up so far? Do you still enjoy it? I'm on the fence whether to purchase or not still.

    I hate my current x570 board, my 3080ti FTW3 Ultra dumps a crap ton of heat into my PCH fan cooler on the board, and its causing system stability issues. Im torn between this board and the Asus Dark hero.

    I still stand by the x570 Tomahawk as being the best bang for your buck for those looking to seriously overclock their CPU... It may not have a post code display or even coloured lights but it does have everything you need to get the job done and some of the best VRM:s on the market.

    • @Argentbuilds
      @Argentbuilds  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry for being so late but, really it's a super expensive board for 5600x but anything would be super solid for it B550 or X570 would be good

      If you havent upgraded yet, dont. Get yourself a R7-5700X for $275. Your board is fine for everything outside of the 5900/5900x
