If only someone makes a texture pack to make immersive engineering look and match Create' theme, so you don't feel off while using them both together.
Yeah, there is a stark contrast between the two. Maybe one day :D
There is one: Updated Engineering. Listed as 1.18.2 texture pack but works well in 1.19
@@lesleyblackvelvet7647 As far as I know Updated Engineering is already included in the modpack by default, it still doesn't fix the problem though.

Use a button to activate the Mechanical Crafter so you won't need to remove blocks everytime
Slot Covers are also an option if you wanna be fancy

The steel crafting recipe is a reference to the Bessemer process, a process which blasts hot air on iron to remove any impurities. Because of how simple the process was, it made steel way cheaper.

Video summary: Player doesn't try to put the most basic fuel in and overthinks how to get machines working before finally reaching their goal and realizing what they did was completely unnecessary

Man, this reminds me so much of my old days playing the Tekkit Mod Packs. The number of times I'd have a super simple goal to achieve and then realize five minutes in that I'd need to throw myself head first into a mod that I hadn't touched. 15 hours later, I'd have mastered the new mod and gotten the component I needed for my previous goal, only to realize I needed something from another mod for the next step. Rinse, repeat. XD
Would have been way better to make the lines out of glowstone or shroomlights but it’s still very cool, good job!
You know, their is an artifact in this mod pack that can allow you to breath underwater and in caves with an oxygen tank. As well as summong a storn at the cost of XP, in terms of power generation that'd be huge, as all you'd need then is a way to stire the energy and a lightning rod.
So what's the artifact called? 😄
Loved the video @doublesal! Can't wait for the next video man! For me, I would've built a Curtis P-40E Warhawk Fighter-Bomber and a Douglas A-20G Havoc Medium Bomber as they were from between the First and Second World Wars which is the General Aesthetic of the Steampunk World.
For Vehicles, I'd have Built an M3 or M3A1 Stuart Light Tank, an M3 Scout Car (think of the M3 Half-Track but with wheels in the back instead of the Rubber Treads) and the Iconic Jeep Willys MB.
The Warship Selection would kinda Devolve towards the "Rule of Cool" a Bit because while the Idea behind Ship Designs like the Landing Ship Tank Mark 2's (LST(2)'s) and Landing Craft Vehicle Personnel (LCVP) or even the various Other Watercraft and Ships for Amphibious Warfare were being Worked on in the 1920's and 1930's, it wouldn't be until around 1939 to 1941 when many of these Designs would actually be Built. But I'd have my Choice from the British Royal Navy and the United States Navy, since the Last Two Selections were Aircraft and Vehicles used by both Britain and American thanks to Lend-Lease. Imagine Seeing HMS Belfast of the Town-class, Edinburgh-group Light Cruisers or HMAS Sydney of the Perth-group, Leander-class Light Cruisers or USS San Diego (CL-53) of the Atlanta-class Light Anti-Aircraft Cruisers along with American Mahan-class, Bagley-class, Benson-class or Gleaves-class or British C and D-class, E and F-class, G and H-class, I-class or Tribal-class Destroyers. Maybe you've got Supplies Aboard some British Ocean Ships or American Liberty Ships and Type C1, Type C2 and Type C3 Ships and some Attack Transport Ships and Attack Cargo Ships of Prewar Tonnage like the Harris-class and Crescent City-class Attack Transport Ships and Arcturus-class Attack Cargo Ships from the U.S. Navy or the C1-S-AY1 Transport Ships sent over to Britian and used as Landing Ship Infantry (Large)'s (LSI(L)'s) or the British Landing Craft Tank Mark 3 (LCT 3's) or American Landing Craft Tank Mark 5's (LCT 5's) though that's a bit of a Stretch since the Mark 5's weren't being built until 1942. As mentioned earlier, The LCVP and the LST(2)'s would be brought in as well as the Landing Craft Medium Mark 3's (LCM 3's). Light Cruisers are the Largest I'd start off with in order to have some Heavy Firepower while also trying to save some Materials for Larger Military Projects.

it would be interesting to have an airport with a layout like the first airports used to have, their landing strips were cricular so the planes could start and land to any direction, they did it bc the first planes very flimsy and delicate, starting with sidewind was just not an option back then. Besides that, nice build and design.

Reckon you could figure out a way to put some cool lights on the side that flash in sequence like on an actual runway? I know you can do it with redstone lamps but I'm sure there's a smaller kind of lamp in the modpack you could use instead. I'm just thinking that might be a better way of lighting up the runway instead of basic torches

What mod did you use for the planes? I imagine immersive machines right as those also add in small airships and gyrodynes. Still not as cool as create but if you want a smaller player sized plane or airship that’s the mod for you.
I would also recommend simple planes as it’s another vanilla plane mod that adds in propeller planes and helicopters. None of that stupid fighter jets you can hold in your inventory stuff. You can also easily mod the planes to have shooters, armor, supply drops, and even dropping TNT on your enemies. There’s also the create mod for larger machines if you want a heavier bomber or zeppelin.
I believe the mod is called immersive aircraft. Those other plane mods sound awesome! I thought it was a little funny that I could hold the plane in my inventory 😅
@@doublesal I mean they call can allow you to hold the plane in your inventory. But I find it kinda stupid to hold an entire modern F-35 in your inventory. Simple planes and immersive aircraft adds more simplistic vanilla friendly biplanes and helicopters. You should also look into making bigger airships with create and eureka. I’d like the idea of a flying battleship zeppelin.
i would kill for this modpack to get a more lightweight version or SOMETHING, like jesus, so much over-bloating with all of the biomes and the whatever, i wish i knew exactly what i can remove to not break this whole pack, it looks like an amazing experience but i get a solid 2 minutes per frame with this thing
To prevent you needing to change the shape of the mechanical crafter, use slot covers on the spots where no items go
To make it less problematic,you can Just power the mechanical crafter with redstone and it will start crafting
a simple button next to it will do the trick

I looked into it, it's a combination of the Immersive Aircrafts mod, a Resource pack for the mod (Create: Immersive Aircrafts I believe), and a Data Pack that goes with the resource pack for the recipes.

i see many people doing this mistake upgrade your su machine to a steam(create) or a electric engine(create new age) the steam engine isn't that expensive and since you have seed oil you can upgrade it to lvl 8 or 7 with a wheat farm a line that seperates wheat from seeds , seeds being compresed into seed oil and being fed into blaze burners with straws on a steam engine with 3 pipes puling in water

I really wanna play it but for some reason my world keeps crashing before i even load in, even when i pre gen the world. I'm not sure why when i can go in the menu and see everything and i can play other more intensive modpacks but no one knows how to fix this. I know this is a youtubes comment section but does anyone know to fix my problem when the crash log just crashes cause of citadel? Do i need to replace that mod?

@@doublesal About gun, I recommend gauss cannon. It has high damage & fire rate but only need iron ingot & nugget to make ammo. But of course, crafting one isn't that easy :0

Me just watching this video was pain, you could of just put coal in the plan :/
This modpacks was so fun I spent like 80+ hours making my base and progressing the quest line but than I got to the nether and realized that the cold sweat mod is hard for the sake of being annoying and that's it I can deal with the thin air mod as any mod that adds water breathing counteracts the effects of the mod which is totally fair but cold sweat only has one line of defence and that's water skins that are cooled down I spent 40 mins in the nether trying to find that plant that you can add to the lantern that lets u walk in the nether and ended up using 5 cooled down water skins and died at least 8 times it's just boring I do not like it at all i really wish there was a way to remedy this issue so I could keep playing this pack
