WOW - I came here out of pure desperation and figured an exercise as small as this wouldn't do anything but the sharper side of the pain is gone! It's sore but that shooting sharp pain is gone! What a great relief. So glad I didn't end up taking a muscle relaxer. Thank you so much! :)

There are many components to neck brace to improve posture. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Neck Mender Blueprint (check it out on google) it's the most helpful resource i've heard of. look at all the incredible info.

IT WORKED! Close to two years of exercises, chiropractic, PT. Periods over the last couple of years-where massage made it worse. Hate muscle relaxants and large doses of ibuprofen. Stretch, stretch, stretch..... Today: RESISTANCE and *POP* even behind my ear! Oh Thank you very much.

Thank you So much. Last night I woke up and almost called 911 because the pain was so excruciating. This morning it was localized and it hurt so much I couldn't even cry because of the pain. My neck was completely frozen in pain. I watched your video and put a hot rag on my neck to help loosen it up and did your exercises. I feel 80% better , thank you so very much.

I am so very thankful for your videos. I have been dealing with terrible Tmj & always noticed that my head was tilted to the right but didn’t really think TOO much of it. I just though wow my neck is messed up. I have been in so much pain, paid so much money on chiropractors. I even saw an EMT because my ear was always hurting BAD. You are a savior!!!!!! These videos have helped me tremendously & now I already have so more mobility after doing a couple of these excersizes. Not only is it amazing to finally have relief but to just understand what’s been going on for all these years & how to prevent it in the future is incredible. Thank you so much!

Thanks so much for posting this. I found this video at 3am of a sleepless night last night due to severe neck pain. Pain I had been experiencing for a couple of weeks. Within 10 minutes of doing this exercise most all of the pain had gone away and I slept the rest of the night. By the end of today and a couple more cycles through the pain has gone. This is was my solution. Thank you again for this invaluable information! All the best!!

I've been getting torticollis every few months for the past few years, one time I was lucky enough to have a professional massage to relieve it. I woke up this morning with it and it was getting progressively worse throughout the day...I'm so glad I found this video! A few stretches and RELIEF! I wish I had seen this years ago, would have saved me a lot of grief. Cheers!

I've been dealing with Torticollis for 10 years (although I now believe I was born with it considering I have never had full range of motion of my neck.) When I had insurance I was get muscle relaxers that were an instant help. However I am currently uninsured and the Torticollis is acting up almost constantly. Your videos have provided some much needed and appreciated relief. I haven't completely gotten rid of all pain and stiffness but have already felt an improvement. After I get done with this bout of pain I plan on practicing these exercises regularly in an attempt to prevent any future pain incidents. Thank you SO MUCH!!!!

this is amazing! I been taking abuprofen 800 every 6 hours for my pain and I was getting a bit concerned about it because I asked myself how much longer :( I personally do not! like taking pain meds. they always lead to some other problem. Due to my severe pain I was obligated to take them. in desperation in search on what can help me with my pain I came across this video it was a complete blessing! I don't feel the pain anymore. I continue to do the exercises and I'm so happy and feel soooooo relieved. I'm not all better but that severe horrible pain is no longer there. im on my 3rd day without pain medications THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you for posting this short video. My history with Torticollis goes back to 14 years ago. I'm 25 years old now and I always feel pain in my neck and shoulders that gets aggravated upon stress, poor posture, lack of exercise and sitting in the same position for long hours. I'm a PhD student so you can imagine how much pain I go through while sitting for long hours working on my laptop. Although this exercise did not totally cured the pain that but it did relieve it. I will try my best to do it frequently throughout the day. Thank you again!

Be aware when you keep your arms in an elevated position is going to kick in the traps and cause more contraction behind the head, neck and shoulders. This can also lead to headaches from inflammation in the back of the skull. Try to change positions more frequently if you can allow the muscles to rest.

I had torticollis the day after my birthday. I couldn't turn my head to the left, or nod it up and down. It even hurt when I changed into my gym clothes. I spent some of gym class sitting out, and eventually went down to the nurse's office, who gave me a heat pack to put on my neck. I was in there for a while before my mom came to get me. She had called my dad, who is in Orthapedics, and told him about it. He said I needed to relax my neck and do a few exercises with it. An hour after I got home, I relaxed in my hot tub and that really did the trick. My neck is all better now, but I'm still paranoid it's gonna happen again.

Omg I can’t believe it!!!!! For two years I’ve been in absolute agony. I have been so a million chiros, osteopaths, specialisers, acupuncturists, a hypnotist, all sorts for pain in my neck, back of my head, shoulder blade and a chronically numb right hand and searing pain. It’s completely ruined my life.
Anyways I was diagnosed with cubital tunnel syndrome and was told to just “toughen up” and “deal with the symptoms. Anyways, I’ve noticed I’ve been slightly leaning my head to one side At rest, I’ve been fighting it to keep it centre and the two years of numbness and pain in my hand is going. When I lean to the one side I start to get jolts and numbness again. Such good signs, thank you 🙏 will do these exercises more. I can almost not move my head towards the affected size.
Still can’t believe this! I’ve been so completely depressed the last two years to quite a low and dark point I won’t describe. I’m kicking myself it could be this easy.
It makes so much sense though, I’m completely blind in my right eye (body pain is right side) to compensate it seems my head turns more to the right at rest and then for some reason slightly tilted to the left for a better field of view (I lost my eye a few years ago).
Thanks again doctor, will update if the stiffness, pain and numbness goes away for good

But all i can say is that if you’re having the same case, and can’t even get off ur bed, this treatment will make a huge change, it won’t fix the problem, but it will make the pain much more tolerable! This works for me. I was thinking it's levator scapula issue initially.

My pain and inability to lift my left arm straight up began on 7 October 2016. Dr put me on painkillers and muscle relaxant. Serious side effect- face badly swollen. Another set of medication to deal with that. Then another painkiller and steroids. Got in trouble yelling at work. The pain is now radiating across my shoulder and down my back, in addition to my arm. Found this video this morning, thinking that death is a better option to this pain. (Don't worry, I'm not suicidal nor depressed, just fed up of the pain)Hoping it will offer me some relief.
