The other key thing that I learned is to not get stuck by dwelling on the growth that you may notice is happening but to be like water adapt and keep moving otherwise we become trapped and stagnant and may not even realize that we have,. For myself ( sun rise merc venus neptune all in scorpio) I checked out many belief systems and ended up being more Taoist than anything, it helped me Chi Gong meditation helped me but others use what you have or are interested in to do this . Nothing seemed to start actually fall into place for me until I started to work on myself instead of others that I had for decades when Ihit around 50yrs old things started to fall into place also many things happened along the way that seemed to keep distracting and blocking me, now I do both I help others sometime without them even noticing but I also learn from this and it helps me
