I don't have the words to describe how good these guys are. This video is another proof of that - great song, fantastic harmonies - just perfect.

Thanks Jesse. The making of this video was very time consuming. Jimmy Bates did an awesome job as usual - very creative! 🖤🍟

Thanks for your reaction. Another great original song by our guys. I guess the title is a play on words like "Home Sweet Home" except using the word "Road". Sounds like an autobiography of Tim & Austin's musical journey. The guys all sound great as usual with Adam adding his special touch. He is the glue that holds them all together. And the video & scenery were perfect for the song.

As a patron, I saw the Behind the Scene making of this video. It took all day in upstate NY. Jimmy would film about 5 secs, then the Guys would move about 40 feet and repeat until the ending where they turn. It looked like they had fun and frustration doing this. Supposedly they covered about 2.9 miles and had a person hired to watch for cars. Thanks for an enjoyable reaction.

Tim (first singer and the bass) wrote this one. A little bit about his life and Austin’s life in the a cappella world from years ago. Sami (Chance’s wife) had to watch for cars and tell them when to get out of the road. Pretty good video. I can’t imagine the editing.

It must have been a tiring video to edit and to shoot for sure!

Austin Brown, Chris Chatham & Adam Wakefield (Texas Hill) also participated in the writing of this song, not just Tim.

Another fabulous song and highly enjoyable video! Seems like every song/video they produce is better than the last 😍
Love this original and how it started out as Tim's own story. There seems to be no end to their talents❣️🎼🥰🎶♥️
It's not as though I needed another reason to listen to their music every single day, but there it is 🤩

They are doing the videos for the new album for awhile so lots of new stuff. This song was written primarily by Tim. Tim and Austin, who live near each other in Nashville, were the major writers for these songs. It talks about all the different places the groups/bands of acapella singers he/they had been a singer in were based as well as they have performed. Homefree was always based in Minnesota where the Rupps (Adam and Chris) and Rob lived.
Chris Rupp decided to change his life after 20 years with Homefree so they looked for another baritone and enticed Adam Chance away from Streetcorner Symphony to join them. (If that sounds familiar Streetcorner performed with Avi Kaplan when he first started singing again after Pentatonix, Daniel Ellsworth is the pianist in Avi's Sunset Sound Studios set and has co-writing credit on "I'll Get By" and Kaleb Jones still sings with Street Corner while also playing bass and co-writing 4 songs with Avi.)
Chris recorded a series of interviews with singers from Homefree showing the history of the band and individual singers in it before he wrote this song individually th-cam.com/video/PMeyLZgtWHI/w-d-xo.html moved to Florida, getting his hair restored (no more cowboy hat in the land of Disney) and getting more involved with his other musical love besides acapella.

The connections are super fun! Will be jumping on some previous ventures, but also solo ventures soon. Still need to check out "avi kaplan and the sequoias", but also some stuff of Chance and other! So much fun content is out there. Thanks for sharing so much of it!

@@JesseReacts always fun to find out how everyone all hangs together. Without the tv show The SingOff alot of these guys would never have gotten as well known as they are now. Yes Adam Chance has put out several songs with The Hound + The Fox. Great singers as well as video and film producers. She's very pregnant with their 2nd child so they may have a brief hiatus soon.
It's "Avriel and the Sequoias" just so you know when looking. That's Avi's full first name. Quarter Past Four everyone seems to love on that E.P. but Fields and Pier is the other one with a video and has Kevin on cello in it or his cover of Outkast's Hey Ya!
Don't forget to do Black is the Color of My True Love's Hair with Avi and Peter Hollens. I am pretty sure you already did Homefree's Ring of Fire ft Avi Kaplan?
Lots of content left with all of them enjoy yourself.

Love your reactions. Thank you for returning to Home Free again. From one of your fans that suggested "I Can't Outrun You" to you, why don't you try the seasonal appropriate "Winter Song". Though not flashy, very beautiful and Chance shares a lead part. We do love his voice.

I know you love Rob Lundquist's voice but if you haven't already heard his duet with Austin Brown of "Nessun Dorma" you ain't heard nothing yet. Rob had trained for opera but hadn't sung it in 15 years (although Austin had some training in it, his degree is in Musical Theater). Another one I think would surprise you is "When A Man Loves A Woman". There are loads of live Home Free videos that, in many cases, surpass the studio videos.
