That was one the best car repair videos I've ever seen... showing you with the highlight on which part you are referring to is very helpful and also including the torque to reassemble. Thank-you
Quick and straight to the point. Kudos on the details given on the hardware information and strut information. Also good camera angles and voiceover work. 🤙
What size wrench did you use to hold the nuts on the two big strut bolts from turning at 2:09? You said the socket size for the two bolts was 22mm, was the closed end wrench the same size?

@@InsaneOil just bought one for $500 3 weeks back. it only had 178,000 miles lady didnt want to put any money in it. ive done tires brakes o2 senson all engine mounts battery plugs and coils. it runs great. paint is another issue but interior is immaculate. last on my list is the struts and the radio it is now a daily for me.
These struts are obviously a cheaper option than OEM or the typical parts store variety. I do not need them to last for more than a few years. I am however curious if they are any issues with noise or ride quality since being installed. I see a lot of complaints on Amazon, but I suspect they are mostly unfounded.
Yes, you are right that these are a cheaper alternative to the OEM parts. Although it has only been 6 months, I have had no issues thus far and am still happy with how they are performing.
@@InsaneOil I appreciate all your responses. Your videos really help. I have a hard time finding torque specs and you always mention them and I appreciate it.

I don't remember but I am going to guess it might also have been a 22mm.
Great and clean video! Definitely saving this in my playlists
