Fabulous Ed, Cindra and I think your backyard should be a National Wildlife Refuge 😉 give me a cup of coffee and a lawn chair, I could sit and watch the critters all day. So if you see someone in your yard, it's just us😁
Ron, I have up to 20-kids (young adults) in the back yard every day, although that number is fluid and ranges from 2-8 at a time. Occasionally I will have a family with a member in a wheel chair. I try to wave as a neighborly gesture but not without thinking that I just hope all stay safe. I was asked today by a friend (Atlanta, GA) if liability was a concern, Yes, it is, But not as much as my fear of being a stick in the mud! Combine that with the fishermen, kayaker's, tuber's, etc. and it makes for a full day of activity. At a time when we ALL need fresh air............., I'm just doin' what I can. Do I ever have issues with visitors? Yes. Usually from those out-of-towners who have rented a 'floaty' and feel that my backyard is public and the lack of trash containers justifies being disrespectful. And yes, occasionally it gets heated. Then, after that helicopter crashed a few years ago and I witnessed 3-kids and 2-adults perish and being told to not discuss the issue..............., I have been handed a new lease on 'life' which I've learned can be very short and taken from us at a moments notice. Enjoy.
Hope your well. Hoped to one summer or fall get down to Cade’s cove to ride with you and your friends. Watch the videos while on the rollers in the winter, beautiful scenery.
I've never thought of Mothers Day that way. Thank you, I really enjoyed it.
Hi Ed. Hope you are doing well. Enjoy watching natures little creatures, so thanks for sharing. Stay safe!
Appreciation for Earthly beings is the 'virus' we need! Thanks for hanging around and taking the time to say hi.
