இந்தப் பெண்ணுக்கு நிவாரணம் வாங்கிக் கொடுத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.குழந்தைக்கு இப்போது 11 வயதாகி யிருக்கும்.வழக்கறிஞர் வழக்கில் ஏற்பட்ட குழப்பத்தையும் தெளிவாக விளக்கமளித்து விட்டார்.குற்றவாளிக்கு தண்டனையும் பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்ணுக்கு நிவாரணமும் வாங்கிக் கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.அந்தக் குற்றவாளிக்கு இவளைத் திருமணம் செய்து வைக்கவேண்டும் என்பதெல்லாம் நடக்கிற காரியமில்லை.பணமுள்ளவன் எல்லா திருட்டுத்தனமும் பண்ணி தப்பிக்கப் பார்ப்பான்.பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்ணுக்கும் அந்த குழந்தைக்கும் நிவாரணம் வாங்கித்தருவதே இந்தக் குடும்பத்திற்கு நன்மைபயக்கும்.கிட்டத்தட்ட 6.5 ஆண்டுகள் கடந்துவிட்டன.கோர்ட்டில் வழக்கு பதிவு செய்து விசாரணை நடைபெற்று வருகிறதா என தெரியவில்லை. தற்போது பாதிக்கப்பட்ட பெண்களுக்கென்று நிர்பயா திட்டத்தின்கீழ் ஒவ்வொரு மாவட்டத்திலும் OSC one stop center என்று நடத்தி வருகிறார்கள் போன் எண் 181.புகார் பதிவு செய்ய பாதுகாப்புக்கு சில நாட்கள் தங்கியிருக்க என்று பெண்கள் உதவி கோரலாம்.இதை கிராமத்திலிருக்கும் பொதுமக்களுக்கு எடுத்துச் சொல்லுங்கள்.

Why there is no call center for requesting regarding law n order from goverment side
Now Govt has opened OSC .one stop center.in every district. 181 is the phone no.to seek the help.The victim need not run piller to post. They will coordinate to all Govt departments and doing the needful. Please aware of this and inform to all whoever asks you. Legal formalities will be taken separately.

2008ல் வேதாரணியம் சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் இப்போது பிஜேபி யில் இருக்கிறார் அப்பொழுது திமுக ஆட்சி ஊராட்சி மன்ற தலைவர் திமுகவை சேர்ந்தவர் இவர்களெல்லாம் சேர்ந்து இந்தப் பெண்ணுக்கு நீதி கிடைக்க தடையாக உள்ளனர் அப்போது அதிமுக எம்பி ஓஎஸ் மணியன் மயிலாடுதுறை எம்பி அவர் மாநில அரசின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ள காவல்துறைக்கு வேண்டுகோள்தான் வைக்க முடியுமே தவிர உத்தரவு போட முடியாது 2005 முதல் 2011 வரை திமுக ஆட்சிக்காலத்தில் போட்ட ஆட்டத்தில் எதுவும் ஒரு பகுதி ஆனால் இதுபோல் வெளியில் வராத பல சம்பவங்கள் நடந்தேறின அதன் வெளிப்பாடாகத்தான் ஒன்பது ஆண்டுகளாக திமுக ஆட்சியை இழந்து நிற்கிறது பலபேர் பாவத்தை சம்பாதித்து பல குடும்பங்களை நடுத்தெருவில் பாட்டிய பெருமையெல்லாம் திமுகவை சேரும் இதில் இலங்கையில் கொல்லப்பட்ட அப்பாவி தமிழர்கள் உட்பட இவர்கள் ஆத்மா எப்பொழுது சாந்தி அடைகிறதோ அப்பொழுதுதான் திமுக ஆட்சிக்கு வரும் படுபாவிங்க கொஞ்ச பாவங்களை யா செய்தார்கள்

In case, you aren't aware in Sharia Law, if a woman accuses someone of rape the burden is on her to produce 4 witnesses, only then will it be accepted as rape :)
Reversely, a woman can be accused of adultery even when she has been raped by a male by producing false witnesses who claim that it was consensual and she can be caned or stoned go death/death penalty, so it's not just hunky dory in Islamic countries. 😂
