Madam, these bank take some charge such as administration charge, cresai charge, charge for validation of title and valuation etc. Please clarify on that.

Fixed rate is generally higher than floating rate in home loans. Home loan comes with long tenure which leads to changes in rate over a period of time. Floating rate is recommendable since initially you get it cheaper and over the time period whenever rate drops you are benefitted.

Does HDFC, icici, axis has facility of online part prepayment?
Yes all provides you with the facility to make prepayment online.
Online part payment facility available only in SBI
HDFC doesn’t provide online prepayment option.
Part payment online in ICICI Bank

Loan ki processing mein bank ko jo v cost incurr krna pdta jse ki documents handle krne mein, property valuation mein uske according bank charges lgate h...jo ki processing fee hoti h...yeh apke loan amount ka 0.5 se 1 % tk hota. One time payment hota.

Icici has reduced its floating home loan rates. It ranges between 6.90 % to 8.05 % depending upon your job type, cibil score, profile etc.
Hdfc provide home loans linked to plr while icici will be providing you home loan linked to rllr. So there would be more transparency and less hidden charges.

It's technically wrong to say that 'HDFC Bank' provide home loans. HDFC Ltd. was formed in 1977 and HDFC Bank was founded in 1994. It is the former that provides the home loan products.
