- 2 onions chopped
- 3 tomatoes chopped/blended
- chopped green chillies according to taste
- chopped coriander (handful)
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tsp Dhania powder
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp haldi
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp red Chili powder
- 6 tbsp oil

Delicious recipe auntie! But to call it diet friendly is extreme. Parantha with quite some ghee, eggs with so much oil don’t make diet food. It can be within micros because you might me eating restricted during the month of Ramadan.
Diet lassi, of course, is amazing!
