There was a Black Library Novelle where a town was paying off the local Gitz with bottles and other supplies.
I was wondering if the reason that Gloomspite Gitz have never learned glass working is because it requires furnaces and they hate and fear light and fire, but I guess that wouldn't make sense because use of metal weapons among their models is so common at least some of them must know how to forging.
They have dwarven slaves for that.

If I recalled the Gitz whom travelled all the way to Eightpoints are looking for 2 things: Loonstones & Bottles... They treat an intact bottle is more worth than previous gems
I heard a similar anecdote about ancient China, where they were satisfied with ceramic cups so never developed glass ones. This meant they didn’t have eye glasses until much later than other civilisations

in white dwarf 465, on page 59, reference is made to a creature called a morksquito. I wanna know more about this, cause it sounds like a mosqito blessed by mork. Is there any lore beyond that one mention?
