Don't get me wrong, Lockjaw is a brilliant robot, and the new design looks awesome. However, last seasons performance, especially against Blip and copperhead has me worried plus against ribbot in city slugfest. The Hypershock fight is the only one where they showed what it could do and even then it got thrown out of the arena. So, hopefully, this season, they can repeat there season 3 and 4 runs.
The day that nightmare returns is the day that I get motivation And I know nightmare will be back because of hints and small signals Jim smentowski said “I plan on building a new nightmare, but I don’t have the money right now” Someone replied to him with “sell and auction old & broken robot parts for money” Jim said it was a good idea Jim sold a few parts in may - July And made around $2000 He won’t sell any weapons I don’t think because he uses those as special gifts & autograph displays But I’d assume if he sold a weapon disk that it would sell for over $1k
That would be nice to see Nightmare come back and maybe even Vlad the Impaler they should try to get some Classic robots back just updated with new features

I'm fairly worried for lock jaw going into this season. While it does have Donald Huston behind it, it often has weapon reliability issues and other gremlins holding it back. It's a very good robot, but it needs improvements if it wants to make a deep run
Jake Ewert told me this when he made an appearance on my podcast, but the trophy he got from Ray Billings was actually part of one of Tombstone's spinners. Hopefully when someone dethrones him as the villain of Battlebots that he makes a trophy out of like Hydra's flipper or something 😂
That would honestly be awesome if he did so! A passing of the torch each time a new villain of Battlebots emerges! Maybe if Robot Wars returns if someone becomes the villain there they can get a piece of Tornado 🤔

Valkyrie (not mentioned in this video) looks like a stealth bomber with a horizontal spinner while Glitch looks like a steal bomber with a vertical spinner. :D I wonder which bomber will come out on top if an opportunity happens. :D
The new blood Sport looks like a mix of Ice Wave and Perfect phoenix. Will Doom be allowed to fight or did they Fail Safety checks? I wish Full body spinners could win more would be nice to see the Super Heavy Class come back i feel there are to make Hammer Saws not alot of Different weapon types like in past seasons
#1 cobalt,#2 Minotaur,#3 Sawblaze,I’m beyond excited to see all these goats in the sport back,there is no shortage of stars and legends in this season,and best part is Ik quite a few of these guys from other events,hell me and my team have fought some of these teams before,it’s gonna be an absolute banger man
Almost all of em I am really excited for, but gigabyte certainly is one of the bigger ones for me, love how destructive it is and im sure itll be even more deadly this time around
I like Minotaur, Glitch, and Hypershock. Super original I know, but Minotaur is my favorite BB, I love Will Bales and Hypershock, especially after the Golden Bolt, and Glitch is just so cool! Always was a fan of it from the start. Also excited for Riptide after watching them decimate Jackpot and beat out Bloodsport. I love all the flippers from Lucky to Blip, and of course Deathroll is always welcome. Looking at the roster, there are so many amazing h bots returning. Also, the rookies this season, oh my good, there are so many cool ones!
Minotaur is easily one of my favourite Battlebots too! There have been plenty of cool Drum spinners overtime but Minotaur imo is still easily the best of the lot! :D Its great to see so many robots that excite you for this new season! It's gonna be great :D
I kinda feel bad for full body spinners. The upper deck is a big detriment. I honestly hope eventually they remove and opt for a system like the old octagon shape with pockets on the side. The deck was presumably for control bots but now with the rules going against them I think the old octagon shape would truly help them instead of the deck.
worded this bad in the sense of not tying it in. With the octagon shape and no upper deck I think that would help full body and default horizontal spinners in a game flooded with vertical. As well instead give them a thing that doesn't really help in actuality be changed to now going back to forcing the opponent out for a win.
Minotaur and Whiplash. Both had very disappointing ends to their seasons, so I expect their respective crew members to come into this new season extra-angry and with much to prove.
They need to get rid of that Platform, the Worst thing they ever brought into the BattleBox, and have something else instead. I'm content on having a Pit, which would not give weaker robots a better chance at winning, but more importantly, test the Driving Abilities of all the Builders. Also, they should allow the Teammates to operate All of the Hazards. Recently, the Pulverizers have been operated by whomever is on either side, and so the same should be done with the Killsaws. Not to mention they should either bring back some Hazards, like the Ramrods or Pistons, or make New Hazards, like a Grinder or something.

I hope it actually moves around this year, it hasn't moved much in the last 2 seasons to the point that Basilisk moved more in Season 3 than Hydra did in 2 seasons.
Everytime I looked back at this video I thought of other robots I wanted to include 😅Maybe next year the returning Battlebots video will be a top 15?

I'm excited to see how the new Kraken does, after Matt Spurk said that he was going to retire the robot after losing to Blade.

DeathRoll. Without question. Monsoon, Glitch, Riptide and Minotaur as well as excited for this year.

The one thing that I noticed is that there is more spiner bots and flippers compared to axe and crushers strangely enough
