Hey gang! Thanks for all the requests to watch Helluva Boss! Our first EP reaction is here: th-cam.com/video/JgVCZtsgqe0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Krmxf4cdnptoMCxr
Fun Fact about this song, this was a fan made song for the series which the creator made canon by having the fan who made the song as the producer, in turn making Just Look My Way officially part of canon!!
“It reminds me something we’d see on Cartoon Network” made me chuckle because… Helluva Boss may have been on Adults Swim, but Cartoon Network itself would NOT have aired it lol
This is actually a series made by a youtuber called vivziepop. The series is a stark contrast to this song as it is quite violent but it is a great watch i 100% recommend watching it!! This song is even more sad if you have the context after all.. Greatly enjoyed your reactions! Hope to see you check out the series if you feel like it😌👌💕
@@thesoundcheck666well the cast is also amazing too, getting people like Brandon Rogers (youtube comedian), Richard Horvitz (Invader Zim, Billy and mandy, Skylanders), Alex Brightman (broadway Beetlegeuse) and others
This song, combined with this video made me cry after 30 seconds. The song is originaly fanmade in 2021 (ParanoidDJ) and the video made it worse, showing the emotions even better.
@@thesoundcheck666 You'll get a lot of reccomendations to start the series from the beginning, but the singer in this video is hardly in the first episode, but a major player in the second. I reccomend, for people who have only seen this music video, to start with Episode 2 to meet the rest of the cast, then going back to episode 1.
Helluva Boss is what happens when passion is followed up on with a great idea. It's also free on TH-cam, definitely recommend watching. The animation gets better and better as time goes on, and while the series is very much an adult cartoon, plus there are a LOT of songs, even if most aren't quite like this one, they're all very well done. Hope to see reactions!
The character singing this song (Stolas) in my opinion has the best songs and visuals in the series. Would definitely recommend "you will be okay", from the same series sung by ye same character
Helluva Boss isnt a TV Show, it's actually a completely free TH-cam series! I totally recommend it, it has alot of good music, a variety of characters, and an engaging plotline! It still surprises me to know there's people who dont know this show exists, considering it's so popular. Y'all should totally give it a watch, you wont regret it!
Helluva Boss is an amazing independently produced youtube animated series. At first it seems kind of one trick but it's so much more. The characters have great depth and emotion. Think you guys would really like it.
Going from the first episode, to where we're currently at half way through season 2, the quality of the show has gone up like a rocket. You can feel when they start to get their footing with the writing, the characterization, and you can basically watch the skills of the artists improve episode to episode. Most importantly of all though, in my opinion, is that you can tell it's a real passion project. Not just Vivziepop, but everyone working on the show, is doing it because they love it, and it shows. I'd take the damn pilot over almost anything cranked out by network television in the last decade.
This. The first 4 episodes kind of follow a "monster of the week" formula, but it's used to introduce characters and settings and then the show pivots from a murdery profanity laced comedy, to an extremely well thought out drama that is profanity laced, but deals with a lot of trauma, relationship issues, family issues, ptsd, etc. The characters have a ton of depth. And the songs... will melt your mind. No joke.
PLEASE do a full reaction on the channel! It’s is an amazing show that is incredible captivating and you’ll fall in love with each one of the characters and their faults one by one throughout the show!
Helluva Boss is an adult cartoon about demons in Hell. Keep that in mind if you choose to watch it. You can find all episodes so far on the very same channel. Stolas, the character here, is voiced by Bryce Pinkham, a Broadway performer. A good portion of the characters are. This was originally a fan made song and was created and performed by PARANOID DJ who has MANY amazing fan made songs for this series. However, they'd be better to hear with the context of the characters.
Fun fact this song was actually originally made by a fan of the show, and the show’s creator liked it so much they made it somewhat canon and made this music video to accompany it. If you are interested in other impressive fanmade songs/animations i would recommend you take a look at “Lullaby for a Princess”. It’s an older fan song and animation (done mostly by one person if I recall correctly but they also had some help) for the TV show My Little Pony, but the music and music video are INCREDIBLY well done so you may enjoy that one as well. Great reaction!
Independent animation group headed up by Vivian Medrano aka Vivziepop. This is actually the result of her side project. The show that started this was the pilot for Hazbin Hotel. Set in the same universe, Hell, it focused on basically a Disney Princess in Hell. Viv released it as a pilot for other studios to see in order to see if she could get it picked up to get the budget she needed for it. And soon after she released the pilot for Helluva Boss as a side project to tool around in while she shopped Hazbin around. And Helluva Boss took off in its own right. The animation started out amazing for an indie studio and just kept getting better. And we just recently finally got word that Hazbin was completed and ready for release via Prime Video coming up in January. So you should have enough time to binge through the season and a half of Helluva Boss but start with Hazbin Hotel pilot. Incidentally both pilots are no longer considered canon so take them with a grain of salt but as a fascinating origin point for how amazing this production group has become.
Would absolutely love to see you react to Helluva boss if ever you wanted to do so, from what I've heard Vivziepop enjoys people reacting to the show and it has a decent amount of music in it to react to - So if not the whole show then the songs would be fun to see a reaction to. Also, this was originally a fan-song that they made official with this recent music video (with a few minor lyric changes), which is pretty neat IMO!
Hell yeah! I've been searching for reactions to this music video from people who weren't already fans of the show. This was originally a fan made song (by Paranoid DJ) but then the original artist (Vivziepop) seems to have worked with the fan to produce this music video. I'm so glad that this was good enough to get you pulled into watching the show.
This song is much better with context, the song is about the owl man being in love with an imp of lower class and since they’re both traumatised they’re bad at loving eachother so this song is about the owl contemplating weather of not to break up
Great reaction, guys! I'm glad you could appreciate the beauty of this music video without knowing the show. I recommend it 100%! It's an amazing series. It's not generally as heavy as this video (the show is a comedy) but it tackles deep topics and the dramatic moments are very emotional. I love Stolas (the character singing in this video) and Blitz, who's the protagonist and his love interest.
There's 3 Broadway musical stars as voice actors in the series. Plus some famous actors have been guest stars. Not to mention that the main voice cast are big voice actors themselves. The series is best described as a dark comedy/drama set in hell and it's a musical. There's at least one song per episode. The main creator of the series is a huge Broadway musical fan. The musical numbers and individual episodes vary in quality. But even the weakest episode, season 1 episode 4, was still hilarious.
Welcome from the Helluva Boss fandom! There are quite a few songs throughout the course of the series. Keep in mind that this is a very adult show, and there's been quite a bit of character development between the pilot and now (nearing the end of ssn 2) ;)
The Song „Look my way“ was first made by TH-camr Paranoid DJ, who made a lot of Fan-Made songs for Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel. The creator of both Hazbin Hotel & Helluva Boss, Viviane Medrano aka Vivziepop, got. Paranoid DJ on Board to record the Song new with some changed lyrics so it fits the Show Helluva Boss and it’s current storyline. And then they animated it. The character, who sings the Song is Stolas, a hellborn Royal Demon, voiced by Bryce Pinkham. So this once Fan-Made Song is now officially Canon to the Show. And Helluva Boss is NOT a tv show, it’s free on TH-cam!
Helluva Boss is a very good show right here on TH-cam. It’s currently on its second season. The other songs in the show are also worth a listen, especially the two other ones sung by Bryan Pinkman, the guy who sung for this one. Highly recommend
My kids watch the show. It never was my cup of tea (and still isn't), but when I heard this song I was completely hooked. This song is pure gold and i listen to it all day on a loop.
As a us vet that was stationed in Korea. Those dude are rich and speak english. They are definitely gonna be katusas and serve in a kushy job with our guys. The katusas always helped us get around to the best spots and we took care of them. If not Katusas well. . . I saw a ROK officer beat the absolute shit out of a troop for an error on his uniform.
The show itself definitely has a different feel to it - honestly it has its ups and downs not going to lie. Sometimes the pacing is not that great, or the jokes don’t hit. But I love it because it’s the most amazing animated Indie/TH-cam project I have seen. It’s amazing what Vivziepop accomplished over the past few years.
Aww that was a lovely reaction. The song is about an unrequited love of an owl-like demonic hell prince who's in charge of astrology towards the lower class demon who's actually the main character I mean helluva boss) It's a dark comedy with adult sex jokes, blood and lots of swearings but sometimes it becomes super serious and dramatic. Besides the setting is literally Hell) Interesting characters and designs. Insanely good animation and catchy songs) Because it's also a musical. But it's dope. Give it a try. It's free on TH-cam. I'm not joking) Free on TH-cam. Not censored. Enjoy)🎉🎉🎉
fun fact. the song itself was fan made. but vivziepop thought it was so good. they made a music video out of it. also fun fact about the show helluva boss. it has a lot of famous voice actors
I think the best way to describe the show is: "A dark comedi/emotional drama semi-musical" The show has gratuitous violence and sex jokes, but in a way use it as a contrast to the emotional scenes. It has at least one music every episode(not all of then in this level, but none of then bad). If you just want to see another good songs from the same show: - ozzies song (helluva boss) - Helluva boss "You will be ok" song from Episode 2 .............................................. Even though some fans would say that the pilot or 1th episode is not the best way to start(the first emotional sucker punch/hook comes at the 2nd episode), I would say the best way to understand what the show is about is to watch: -The pilot (not 100% canon anymore, but introduces the idea really well) -The 1th episode (violence/sex jokes/IMP interaction/job) -2nd episode (emotional punch in the feels) all 3 episodes together have 40min, (if you prefere you can skip the pilot)
This is made my a small group of animators with almost no budget. They make up for it with passion. And the song was made by fans years ago and animated and made Canon as fanservice 😍 The singer is a trained Broadway singer. You'd love the show!
Fun note, the song was initially a fan song by Paranoid DJ, adapted into canon by the show's creators. And...this is the SECOND time that's happened in the Helluva Boss universe! The first was Silva Hound's song Addict for Hazbin Hotel.
If you'd like more sneak peeks of Helluva Boss (which is btw an adult indie TH-cam cartoon, not a TV show) to utilize on your channel before you decide on committing to the full show, I highly recommend checking out the other Helluva Boss music videos on the Vivziepop channel! :D pretty much all of them are from the actual episodes (this song here is actually an exception to that) Just keep in mind that the show itself takes place in Hell and is about it's native denizens, so crude humor and violence are pretty common for it lol Loved the reaction, keep up the good work 🎉
Throwing my hat into the ring and asking you guys for a full reaction to the Helluva Boss TH-cam Animated series if you'd like to do one!! Your reaction to this video was amazing, you picked up on EVERYTHING it was trying to convey about Stolas's (the character) pain, and you were so genuine when you both kept pointing out and praising the quality of the music and animation, so I really would love to see and hear what you'd say about the full series, especially since the last couple episodes have been emotional rollercoasters and absolute feasts for the eyes and ears! I also recommend another fan song turned offical canon music video from Vivziepop called "Addict", it's another amazing song focused on a character from Viv's main series that Helluva Boss spun off from: Hazbin Hotel, which somewhat recently had an announcement released that it was going to be streaming on Amazon Prime Video January 2024! So another great show to check out! (I'm gonna binge it off my sister's account lmao)
Would love to see you react to more Helluva Boss songs! The show even, is a great watch! It's a different tone as an adult, dark comedy, but it has its deep and touching moments that really reel you in. Highly recommend watching more!
I HIGHLY recommend checking out the show. Also, you could consider this series a musical because there is usually a song or two per episode and let me tell you, the songs don’t miss. They go all out with the animation and music, so that’s an aspect you guys would probably enjoy.

Helluva boss starts out a crass hilarious adult cartoon and does a 180 and proceeds to punch you in the proverbial emotional nuts over and over. The most impressive web series ever made!
To give a long story "short"; for context for the song: Helluva boss is about a company named IMP, a hitman service for other people in hell to use against the people on earth. The company needs a book, that can guarantee travel between earth and hell, and it is in control by Stolas (person in the video). They agree that he will lend it to Blitz (the boss of the company) in return of a "boink" once a month. A lot of time passes but essentially, Stolas has garnered feelings for Blitz, and now wants to show so. But he's scared of how blitz will react, so stalls. He also intends to give Blitz a stone to guarantee transport from hell and heaven, so they dont have to "boink". Blitz as a character is very hard to be loved, yet he wants love desperately. But Blitz always pushes people away, scared that they'll hurt him eventually. He has mischaracterised everything that stolas has done as only wanting to f- i mean "boink", and not actual love. This leaves them in a hard spot in their relationship, to where this music video came in and showed how big the connection between the two characters are. Bit more complicated than this, but its the outline. Also this was originally a fan song and i love it.
Add in the fact that blitzø HATES himself and believes he doesn't deserve love he blames himself for something awful happening to a couple of people he loves (which it was his fault accident or not) which is more of a reason then not wanting to get hurt As for stolas he sees him as being on a golden Throne set on a platform with him in chains as a plaything (truth Seeker episode which is when show started getting good)
The show is really great! If you give it a watch, it’s free on youtube and make sure to start from the pilot, not ep 1. It does give some of the background, like what IMP’s business is, but keep in mind that it’s not canon. So Stolas acts different and has a different voice actor, just in the pilot.
The 2 characters in this video is named stolas and blitzo/blitz highly recommend you guys check out the show it will give you guys a better understanding of this song and the meaning behind the lyrics.
Y’all’s should totally watch the show, there’s so much to it. And there is phenomenal music in it like this and they all differ in genre! It’s a vulgar cartoon with a lot of love put into it
OG song is by Paranoid DJ. The lyrics are a bit different considering PDJ did it early into the series but it's still so good. PDJ has actually done a couple of songs for the show now and Vivzipop loved them so much she had the team make offical videos for them!
Yeah helluva boss is an incredibly good animated show about a group of demons who run a hitman company they take jobs from people who ended up in hell to take out humans in the living world. It’s a comedy musical and has tons of action
YOu need to check out some of the songs from Helluva Boss' sister show, Hazbin Hotel. while the vocals are different, the story behind Addict and Poison is just as character-driven. Addict came out between the pilot and before the series. Poison is from the series. Both can be found on TH-cam.
If you do watch the TV show, it's a little complicated - there's a Pilot Episode that was released before Episode 1, and a number of things about the characters and canon were changed between it and Episode 1... but the pilot still gets referenced on occasion. My personal recommendation is to watch the Pilot after the first 3 episodes, since by that point the show has had the opportunity to introduce the actual versions of the characters and the lore and you'll know which parts of the Pilot to ignore.

It's also the Voice actor for the series to. Glad he sang it. It was so good😢
They made up for it with passion... And merch! Can't forget merch! xD
The series features a lot of music, not every episode but a decent amount regardless.
Fun note, the song was initially a fan song by Paranoid DJ, adapted into canon by the show's creators. And...this is the SECOND time that's happened in the Helluva Boss universe! The first was Silva Hound's song Addict for Hazbin Hotel.
You guys should absolutely do reactions for Helluva Boss
Done! th-cam.com/video/JgVCZtsgqe0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Krmxf4cdnptoMCxr
All their songs are amazing and well done
The song lyrics were made by a fan and the crew loved it so much they put it in the official show. Helluva boss is epic definitely watch it.
Found you because of this reaction, would be interesting to see y’all react to all of the series and their songs.
You should check out some more helluva boss songs! They are all so good!
2-Minutes Notice is my current favorite. Gonna play it over the PA system at work when my dickhead supervisor finally makes me snap. :D

If you'd like more sneak peeks of Helluva Boss (which is btw an adult indie TH-cam cartoon, not a TV show) to utilize on your channel before you decide on committing to the full show, I highly recommend checking out the other Helluva Boss music videos on the Vivziepop channel! :D pretty much all of them are from the actual episodes (this song here is actually an exception to that)
Just keep in mind that the show itself takes place in Hell and is about it's native denizens, so crude humor and violence are pretty common for it lol
Loved the reaction, keep up the good work 🎉
I love how they say it looks like a Cartoon Network show then you’ve got the show itself that is not kid friendly
HELLUVA BOSS
Helluvaboss and Hazbin Hotel have a lot of broadway stars as VA's, so the singing is often really amazing!

Helluva boss is a good series on TH-cam. You should give it a watch it is very adult theme and it's funny
Just to add to the noise, I have been subscribing to any channels that may watch Helluva Boss from this music video, and I REALLY want to see y’all’s reactions, because of y’all’s reaction to thi
The thought of this being someone's introduction to the show is so funny to me, but also very exciting ^.^ It's great! I recommend it
dude on the right was mesmerized at the whole time.
Helluva boss starts out a crass hilarious adult cartoon and does a 180 and proceeds to punch you in the proverbial emotional nuts over and over. The most impressive web series ever made!
To give a long story "short"; for context for the song:
Helluva boss is about a company named IMP, a hitman service for other people in hell to use against the people on earth.
Add in the fact that blitzø HATES himself and believes he doesn't deserve love he blames himself for something awful happening to a couple of people he loves (which it was his fault accident or not) which is more of a reason then not wanting to get hurt
As for stolas he sees him as being on a golden Throne set on a platform with him in chains as a plaything (truth Seeker episode which is when show started getting good)
I would love to watch your reaction to the show
The show is really great! If you give it a watch, it’s free on youtube and make sure to start from the pilot, not ep 1. It does give some of the background, like what IMP’s business is, but keep in mind that it’s not canon. So Stolas acts different and has a different voice actor, just in the pilot.
Helluva boss is a youtube series made by Vivzie pop. It's a musical, dark comedy, adult cartoon :P
TH-cam series not tv show but might as well be with how high quality it is
this song doesnt have the same weight it does unless you watch the series up to this point it hits so hard and has so much emotion
Anyone else hear the accents and immediately think they're gonna love meeting Mammon?
o highly recommend this show it has a song nearly every episode if not every episode i think yall would really enjoy it

Oooh? New channel reacting to helluva boss?
Yeah helluva boss is an incredibly good animated show about a group of demons who run a hitman company they take jobs from people who ended up in hell to take out humans in the living world. It’s a comedy musical and has tons of action
First time watching this? But you referenced it in your intro lol. “You bloody legends”…..
It's an amazing show
The context would fricking destroy your sould like i did with mine lol
YOu need to check out some of the songs from Helluva Boss' sister show, Hazbin Hotel. while the vocals are different, the story behind Addict and Poison is just as character-driven. Addict came out between the pilot and before the series. Poison is from the series. Both can be found on TH-cam.
I wish you could react to the other Helluva Boss songs, would be amazing!
The show has alot of music i think its great
"this looks like a show that you would see in cartoon network"
i love when people dont know haha

You should watch this it’s my favorite series
th-cam.com/video/JgVCZtsgqe0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Krmxf4cdnptoMCxr
If you do watch the TV show, it's a little complicated - there's a Pilot Episode that was released before Episode 1, and a number of things about the characters and canon were changed between it and Episode 1... but the pilot still gets referenced on occasion.
My personal recommendation is to watch the Pilot after the first 3 episodes, since by that point the show has had the opportunity to introduce the actual versions of the characters and the lore and you'll know which parts of the Pilot to ignore.
It's actually sang by a Broadway actor
should check out the s2 musical episode, at least 3-4 cracking tunes. also features a aussie char who goes around calling people "ya blooody legend"
This would NEVER have been on Cartoon Network
This guy has no idea what the hell he found, just watch the pilot bro instantly you unlock and upgrade to max level his black humor and horniness.
