- I've wanted to use this Pikachu ex deck profile since Surging Sparks was released, and it does not disappoint! Pikachu uses some help from the more common Miraidon ex, and sets up to do some big damage. Let me know what combos you use to get Pikachu going as well!

I like Crispin in this deck. Other cards worth trying: sparkling crystal, teal mask ex + iron leaves ex, regular 1 prize galvantula (can 1hko zard), noctowl+hoothoot, glass trumpet + e switch for quick energy if you have hoot hoot/noctowl/fan rotom
Idk if I like the generators with such low energy count.
Been using a similar deck in PTCGL mainly focusing on pikachu and iron hands as damage dealers. For me instead of running the switch cart and rescue board, i just run a Latias EX. Would love to try this out!
@@azuraazoru5854 I remember considering latias but can’t remember why I decided not to use it…lll have to give it a shot!
Going to give this deck a try today at a locals. Online I've been testing the blissy ex engine and that's been doing pretty well but I like this version a bit better. The only edits I'm probably going to make is removing the blood moon for another hands maybe , add the other stadium and try out a different ace for sure. Ill comment back later this afternoon to let y'all know how it goes. Love the deck ideas tho ! This seems up my ally since my main deck is turbo hands with joltiks and a few other things.
@@JoshuaRicelastx1xstanding good luck and definitely let us know how it goes! I like your additions to help against single prize decks too. I’m still a little worried about getting stuck without too much search but that could be because I didn’t get fezendipiti down in these games haha
@Evans_Pokestop so tried it out and made some switches around with it. Mainly with Crispin and tried the crystal first to matches ( just regular playing today ) and then switched to secret box to see how that would work. In person it's fine but with dragapult specifically, ran into a problem while pika was on the bench and ended up losing from that. The other games did play but I feel like it's missing something.
@ do you think squeezing in a rabsca would be possible? Seems awkward but it’s the only way I know of to stop dragapult
What about adding Heavy Baton, start attacking with hands and when it is ko, charge Pikachu with it?
I hadn’t thought of that but definitely worth a shot
Isnt Sparkling Crystal a better option than Prime Catcher? Do you have to discard 3 energy for pikachu or 2 works?
@@leifthrasir999 I’m pretty sure pikachu can discard two energy if that’s all you have on it. It very well could be better, I just didn’t find myself having trouble getting that third energy very often so I thought prime catcher would be more impactful. Sparkling crystal is also searchable as the tool by arven though so it might be the better choice
