I have seen one other dude do this and boy does it look sharp! It is definitely on my "to do" list of easy mods. It damn near makes the A pilar disapear! I say keep OG color for handles the contrast looks good.
Ohhh, your FJ is soooo clean!!!! Black Betty's crack is about 6" lower and is about 3" long. I want to get her detailed sooo bad. I've been looking for a place to go in Yuma...my trailer too is filthy from the 1700mile trip. My fave color, flat black. I do stained glass as a hobby and the work ain't done till the black patina goes on!!! I have those plastic things for stained glass, they call them fids, they are mostly used for leaded glass but I go off grid with my creations so who knows what I will use them for next😂! I got a huge bolt in one of my trailer tires and had to change the tire by myself for the first time. But I met a fellow camper and he brought his torque wrench over after I put the fixed tire back on, he is a retired(pun intended) racecar mechanic and had the coolest torque wrench,old timey. That tire repair cost me $150!!!😮😮 $25 tire fix and $120 for hanging out in town on a shopping spree😂, bought a 23' telescopic flagpole, how have I lived without one!!!??? 😂 my usa/mexico/canada cell phone plan includes 156gigs of data, so I intend to binge watch alll your videos❤🙋♀️🛻🇨🇦🌵🏜‼️
I used your rear FJ hook ideas. Thank you! Here is my pay forward Uncle Fjester - Please consider mounting the rubber Quick-Fists along with flashlights on your "A" Pillars. Brand - Gear-light S2000. I only bought these flashlights because of their size. Nice lights, but they have gone up in price. BTW, I am 220 and this mod will work...not sure about your camera fitment needs.

Paint your self another color just not white please sir
Leave them, I like the contrast, and as you say they may chip or the paint may rub off.
I like it! I may end up doing that to mine. Leave the handles stock, it is a good contrast to the black.
I have to admit. I do a lot of the things you show here on my fj. Ty man!
